Cancun Plaza Family Condo

Modesto Family Condominium: modest, but with a beautiful beach and a spectacular view of the Mexican Caribbean. You won’t find luxury here, but you will find a comfortable and affordable stay. All our rooms have two double beds and their own bathroom. The condo features an infinity pool with a children’s section. It also has a restaurant and a small spa above it, complete with an additional pool. There are showers available to rinse off the salt from the ocean before entering the pool area. We have a small store and a laundry facility, with 24/7 security staff.

Outside the condo complex, there are two restaurants and an Oxxo convenience store. Public transportation is 15 meters from the condo entrance and runs 24 hours a day, allowing you to move freely throughout the hotel zone and into the city.
