We really enjoyed this apartment.
Few min from the beach.
We also enjoyed the pool. Very private and secure.
We would go back and strongly recommend for anyone that wants to enjoy Cancun.
Near Restaurants, shops and super market.
We recently stayed in this two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Cancun, and it exceeded our expectations! The spacious layout featured large windows that offered stunning views of the pool and lush palm trees, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The full kitchen and dining area were great for family meals, while the living room had ample sitting space for relaxation.Location-wise, it was incredibly convenient—just a four-minute walk to the ocean and three minutes to the bus stop, which made exploring the area a breeze. We also appreciated the nearby amenities, including a minimart, pharmacy, hair salon, and massage place, all within a two-minute walk. The huge pool, surrounded by greenery, was a highlight of our stay. While the condo wasn’t overly fancy, it was comfortable and spacious, providing exactly what we needed for our vacation. Our host was attentive and accommodating, offering helpful tips on local attractions and activities.Overall, we highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking an affordable and comfortable stay in Cancun. It truly felt like a home away from home!

AREA IS NICE
COMMUNICATION WITH HOUSE HANDLER POOR
HE NEVER GAVE YOU HIS CONTACT NUMBER
NOT SUFFICENT TIOLETRIES WAS GIVEN OVERALL 3 OUT OF 5
Pros: No issues with check-in. Security is good and helpful too. The apartment is very large. The view is, as pictured, very beautiful overlooking the pool with the lagoon in the distance. The complex is very quiet and well taken care of. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is exceptionally clean. San Miguelito beach is an extra few minutes walk. It's expansive, and very beautiful but sometimes can be rough to swim. Playa Ballenas is just a little closer, but it's only a tiny slice of sand between the all-inclusives. The local restaurant, right on the corner, Andavos, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's reasonably priced. It's a short walk to catch the $1 bus to anywhere else you might like to go. Plus, Uber and taxis are always available.
Cons: Hot water was sporadic at best. Cookware and cooking utensils were spartan but good enough for us. No laundry facilities - we knew that. The local laundry service down the street is not cheap. Definitely hotel zone pricing.
We would both recommend and stay here again. It's a very good value. If you need 5 star luxury, the Kempinski Hotel is right across the street.
Excellent location, super close to the beach and bus pickup areas. There's a few "corner stores" nearby at walking distance. The communal pool was pleasant and we loved that it was secure in a gated community. The security guards were super friendly and the host very communicative.
Here's the bad:
IF this rental still says it comes with Washer/Dryer, it DOES NOT. So don't count on washing your clothes there. For someone like myself that doesn't particularly feel comfortable with (any) religious decor, this property wasn't comfy. There were God/religious quotes all over the place, and yeah it doesn't show on the pictures. Which reminds me.. if it means anything to y'all.. they have a VERY GOOD photographer. I hope you know what I mean. A lot of little things bothered us and it was the accumulation of these many things that left a sour taste.
I had read recent reviews that were probably a few weeks before our stay and they had stated that there was no hot water. Whatever right? They must've fixed it by now.. sike! Nope. We didn't have hot water for the 4-5 days we were there. The host kept pushing back the fix for a reason or another, so beware.
Also, pretty sadly stocked kitchen. Like, everything they state is there is "technically" there but in rough shape. And if you didn't notice, there's no TVs. The internet drops randomly, and there are light switches everywhere.. I felt like I was a D&D character in a dungeon puzzle, what.
Anyway, the stay-experience is relative to the price. That's all.

Not for people from US
This apartment is not for people that a used to modern convenience. Hot water, tv, wifi . They sent a gentleman to get water pressure to the shower, toilet and sink. They said they changed the batteries to the hot water tank I believe the tank is 5 gallons. The wifi was out the first 3 days and then very weak and it didn't reach the bedrooms.

We are a Christian Family, and wish to serve our Lord by rendering services to guests that will enjoy our Lords beautiful creation of Sand and Beaches.
When I was younger, I used to pass by this part of Cancún every day. It wasn’t flashy, but it always had something I loved: balance. The beach just a walk away. Street tacos on the corner. A bus stop ready to take you anywhere. Locals, tourists, stories — all flowing together like the ocean breeze.
Years later, when I had the chance to create a space of my own, I came back here. Not to build something big. But something real. Something that felt like a soft landing after a long day exploring ruins, swimming with turtles, or chasing sunsets.
That’s how Aloe Room was born. Simple. Bright. Quiet. Clean. Just what you need — nothing more, nothing less.
The name aloe means a lot to me. It reminds me of how this place feels:
🌱 healing after sun and adventure,
🌿 refreshing after noise and crowds,
🛏️ comfortable after moving around all day.
It’s not a resort. It’s a resting place. A smart base. A little pocket of peace in the heart of Cancún’s hotel zone — where everything is close, but your space is still yours.
If you’re the kind of traveler who likes to discover more and spend less — who enjoys quiet mornings, easy kitchens, and soft pillows after long days — then you’ll feel right at home here.
Welcome to Aloe Room by B&G. Come explore. Then come rest.
Why they chose this property
Is an unique opportunity, as the Condominium is located at the Hotel Zone, and is a Family oriented residences. I chose this neighborhood because it reflects the side of Cancún I’ve always loved — the one that doesn’t need to shout to be special.
Here, the ocean breeze is real — not just a name. The gardens grow wild and calm, and the pace slows down just enough for you to breathe. It’s far enough from the party zone to hear yourself think, but close enough that the best beaches, restaurants, and adventures are just minutes away.
This is a neighborhood for people who want both: 🌿 tranquility and connection, 🌊 proximity and peace.
I grew up here. I know the locals. I’ve seen this area evolve while still keeping its soul. That’s why I chose it — because when I travel, this is exactly the kind of place I look for… and I wanted to offer that to others too.
Breeze & Garden belongs here. It’s not about luxury. It’s about feeling at home in a beautiful place.
What makes this property unique
Is an unique opportunity, as is at a fantastic location, km 13.5 of the Hotel Zone, with great pleases at walking distances, mall, restaurants, public beach, marinas, boulevard; and the neighborhood is unmatched Ritz Carlton Hotel, Santos Hotel, Secrets Divine Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, all five stars premium hotels are the neighbors...
I don´t know if thats unique, but what it is unique it’s the feeling.
From the moment you step in, there’s a shift — a calm. Not because it’s fancy. But because it’s thoughtful. Every space was designed for travelers who explore deeply and rest fully.
What makes it unique isn’t just what you see — it’s what you feel:
🌬️ the breeze flowing through open windows,
🌴 the greenery that softens everything around you,
🕯️ the quiet that welcomes you back from a full day out,
🧺 the little details that say “we thought of you.”
It’s not a hotel. It’s not a resort. It’s a homebase with heart. Tucked into a peaceful corner of Cancún — where everything’s within reach, but nothing is rushed.
Breeze & Garden is where you pause, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the beauty of where you are.
