About this property

New Studio at the beach, side ocean view

Studio right on the beach with a side ocean view. Small kitchen small fridge and microwave are provided. Three restaurants across the street, and one by the beach really close.
Flexible All Inclusive option in the complex for food and drinks - Pay only for the day(s) you want it - decide as your vacation unfolds (aprox $90 usd per person per day).
High speed Wifi, Smart tv. Spa, Gym.
15 minutes from the airport, easy access and exit to/from Riviera Maya.
Public bus stop.

We share facilities with an all inclusive boutique hotel called Oleo Cancun, but since owners rent their places you can purchase at front desk the all inclusive for food and drinks (Oleo Cancun hotel rules the prices and usually is $90 usd per person per day except christmas). You can buy into the packages on a daily or weekly basis . Otherwise you can cross the street to the restaurants lagoon side, as on site restaurants are all inclusive.
Note: There is a buffet breakfast option, today is $30 usd p/p per day.

You can also take your own drinks and food to the pool or beach.

* Airport-condominium-airport transfer service:
We have authorized private drivers (extra cost). Uber or regular taxis are not authorized at the airport, so it is advisable to book in advance so as not to be overcharged, no matter it is not with our drivers.

* Advice and sale of tours: We work for the main wholesaler in the area, so we offer a quality service, with honest advice about each activity or park.

* Cleaning: Additional cleaning service can be requested for an extra charge. The charge made at the time of booking corresponds to the cleaning at the time of check out.
For stays of 7 days or more we provide complimentary cleaning. If you want extra cleaning for shorter stays, it can be done if scheduled in advance. Check with your host for cost and availability.

* Towels: You will have 2 beach and 2 bathrooms. We do not change them daily but if you need you can ask us the day before to schedule our staff.

* Visits: The Condominium DOES NOT allow visits.

Perfect last minute stay

We had to come for dental work. We have never done an air b and b in Cancun so we were a little nervous. This was a perfect fit for the trip. We were at the dentist a lot and when not at the dentist we were on the beach!! Host was very attentive. It is on the bus line which is another big plus! Perfect fit for us!!

Beautiful, clean, and modern. The pools, jacuzzi and on-site spa are fabulous. Love that lifeguards were on duty and let us know when and where to swim in the ocean. The gym needs some TLC. It’s a little rundown and cramped when more than 2 people are there. My room was new and very clean. Love the small kitchen. I went to Oxxo and Plaza Kulkcan supermarket for supplies. But there’s also the yoon to do all-inclusive. Communication was excellent. I felt so safe traveling solo.
