Jos haluat yhdistää vanhaa ja uutta, jos haluat keskeisellä paikalla rauhallinen, romanttinen tunnelma, tarjoamme hyvin kirkas, kaunis duplex 80 m2, keskellä Budapestin. Asunto on rakennettu vuonna 2010, sijaitsee välittömässä läheisyydessä historiallisen Andrassy Avenue Opera, Octagon Grand Boulevard ja suositun Franz Lisztin aukio ja sen ainutlaatuinen tunnelma ja sen eri baareja ja ravintoloita. Szechenyi Bath, Euroopan suurin kylpy monimutkainen on myös vain muutaman metro pysähtyy. Huoneisto sijaitsee Fußdistanz Westbahnhofin missä muut lähikaupunkeihin pääsee nopeasti. Szondi Asunto on ihanteellinen niille, jotka haluavat tutustua Budapestin etsivät historiallisen tunnelman hyvien liikenneyhteyksien yhteys ja haluavat kokea touhu ja kahvila elämä kaupungissa välittömästä läheisyydestä.

Comfortable stay in lovely apartment

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate. Excellent communication with the host, who has thoughtfully equipped the space with everything you may need during your stay. Good location in a quiet neighborhood near the train station. Most sights were easily walkable or accessed readily by nearby public transit.

Lovely apartment

We were happy with the flat's cleanliness and the way Mária equipped it with all necessities, not to mention the wine and chocolate. Best of Budapest

This comfortable apartment was a perfect 8-day home for our party (three 70+ friends of different genders). We liked having two toilets separate from the bath, and the kitchen was remarkably well equipped— even a teapot for Irish/Scottish oldies! But we didn’t cook much, as the neighbourhood offered wonderful restaurants and cafes, as well as convenient public transport options taking us anywhere we wanted to go. It’s a fabulous place to stay, with a charming, helpful hostess.

Great location and excellent host

This property was in a great location, close to all of the attractions, cafes and restaurants we wanted to visit. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The owner was responsive and helpful, and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was located in a central location nearby Oktogon and Nyugati Station and walking distance to tram 4 and 6, which runs 24/7. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property. Wonderful location to explore Budapest

Exactly as billed, with great communication from Maria. Loved the airy feel, comfortable bed and windows upstairs that opened. Incredibly well -equipped kitchen. And out the door, Pest was right there — Parliament, Jewish Quarter, the main shopping streets. (And we found the Bolt taxis wonderfully efficient, often arriving within 1-2 minutes.) We will be back the next time we visit Budapest. Matt and Kim.

Well equipped apartment in a great location

We were there for 5 nights and it was ideal for us. While we had a rental car, parking for which required a bit of planning on our part (and helpful information from our gracious host), we got around by public transport visiting this beautiful city, and we’e happy to crash in the comfortable beds at the end of each day. Although in an inner city suburb, the place was quiet and there was no trouble from neighbours. Cooking facilities were great with the special touches of oil and spices that made it feel homely. And a singing elephant on the bookcase that became legendary for our family including adult kids… Highly recommend this apartment.

Spring Break in Budapest

This apartment was perfect for a family of four. Two bathrooms were wonderful and having a functional kitchen was perfect. We found the location in the city to be excellent. Near two metro stations that we used quite a bit and one of the major train stations. Still within reasonable walking distance to Parliament and the Basilica. Would highly recommend for a mobile, active family who doesn't mind a bit of walking or stairs. Loved the Cosy Cafe across the street and also Indigo Indian a few blocks away. Great from start to finish!

Great apartment with lots of thoughtful touches

Lovely spacious apartment in quiet block. The manager responded quickly to any messages and sent detailed check in photos which made the process very straight forward once we’d found the right road as when I copied and pasted the address into Apple Maps we were on the next road. Lots of lovely and thoughtful touches in the apartment to make us feel very welcomed. The wifi was good downstairs and the twin room but struggled in the double bedroom. The air con was great and really needed! An additional blackout blind in the main bedroom would be good. Overall a great apartment in a relatively central place given how large the city is. Would recommend and stay again.

I wouldn’t have changed a thing

This is such a cool place, a hidden gem on a main, busy street of Budapest. The communication of the host is stellar, and so we’re the self-check in instructions with step by step photos for help. Amazing and easy! Very clean, comfortable, convenient and even a gift of a bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. The host also left an info binder with very helpful suggestions on their favorite places nearby to eat. We tried several of them! Parking is tricky in general in Budapest, but the host helped us navigate that with our rental car as well. I loved entering the courtyard and the apartment each evening after a long day of touring.

The perfect apartment rental in Budapest!

I stayed in this apartment with my husband and two college-aged sons for two weeks on vacation, and it could not have been more perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very modern. It even has a washer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. We enjoyed the terrace for drinking our morning coffee, having dinners outside, and a nightcap, as well as for line-drying laundry. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed; we felt like we were staying with family because of all the nice things they provided (shampoo, dishwasher tabs, spices, oils, q-tips, etc.). The location can't be beat: close enough to walk to tourist sites, but far enough away for peace and quiet. It is also very close to the Nyugati metro and train station, with grocery stores and a pharmacy just a five-minute walk away. We loved our time there and hated to leave. Additionally, the Hungarian restaurant Karcsi, which had delicious and affordable food (pay in cash), is only five minutes away. And working with the owner was a breeze. She responded quickly whenever we had a question. If I could click my heels and go back there, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Close to transit

The apartment was well-located near the Oktogon transit stop. It appears to be a newly renovated flat in a building with some other apartments that are also being re-done while others looked empty. We loved the ease of getting around and the building has its own gritty charm. Air conditioning was much appreciated since it was in the upper 90’s during our stay. We did not use the kitchen much other than coffee and microwave but it is well-appointed with lots of dishes, pans, cutlery and spices. The welcome bottle of wine was lovely. Elevator is small like most in Europe. We used the stairs up to the 4th floor most of the time. It was more quiet at night than I expected considering it is close to Terez, a major road. I am happy I chose this for our stay. Our group was myself (mom) and two young adult sons. They did go out a couple of nights and felt totally safe. I myself felt safe walking in the daytime and no concern when we got home late together.
