Wonderful cabin stay—-highly recommend!We had an excellent stay at this cabin. It has a rustic charm, but still feels incredibly homey and comfortable— the perfect mix of cozy and cabin in the woods. The cabin was spotless and well maintained, and the hot tub was an absolute highlight of the trip. Kelli, our host, was thorough and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, this cabin is so well stocked that all you need to do is pack your clothes and grab some groceries. Everything else is taken care of.We would highly recommend this VRBO and would love to stay here again!

This is the first property I’ve stayed in where they said they were pet friendly and really meant it. I’ve stayed a lot of places that allowed my furry friends without any issues but these hosts went out of the way to leave dog biscuits, dog poop bags and a designated food and water bowl set up! The astroturf porch was a favorite on their paws and the sectioned off fenced area perfect for their potty needs. These little touches meant a lot. The check in was smooth and earlier than expected, the property so beautiful and cozy. Hot tub was ready and functioning and the hosts were so kind and communicative. One of my favorite Vrbo stays so far and I’ll definitely be booking again here. I will say the roads into the neighborhood were a bit treacherous if you aren’t used to mountain driving so go slow and watch out for the deer!

We created this space as a sanctuary for couples who need to disconnect, breathe, and just be together again. Russ is the steady hands behind the scenes, keeping everything running beautifully so your stay is seamless from arrival to checkout.
We share our home with our beloved furbabies, and we understand what it means to travel with a furry family member — which is why Kismet Cabin welcomes well-behaved dogs at no extra charge.

Honestly? We fell in love with it the moment we visited.
There's something about Coosawattee River Resort that just feels different from other places in North Georgia. The natural beauty stopped us in our tracks — the river winding through thousands of acres of forest, the wildlife, the way the mountains wrap around everything and make the rest of the world feel very far away.
But it wasn't just the scenery. As hosts who care deeply about our guests' experience, the gated community gave us real peace of mind — knowing you can arrive, settle in, and fully relax without a second thought about security. And the resort amenities meant we could offer guests so much more than just a cabin.
When we envisioned Kismet Cabin as a retreat for couples who need to truly disconnect and reconnect with each other, Coosawattee checked every box. We didn't just choose it — it chose us.
