Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn off the the central air system.
Notify Hope of your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please always use coasters and placemats on the wooden counter between the kitchen and living room, and any wood furnishing.
When in cooling mode set thermostat to 78, when heating set it to 68, when leaving turn it off. Turn off all lights and appliances when not in use.
To work the ceiling fan in the living room, use the gray remote on the credenza. Ensure TV and fan remotes are returned to this spot.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home. The hosts were very friendly and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The home is spacious and very comfortable. It was the perfect home-away-from-home. The home's location is great - a neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was beautiful, perfect for 4-6 people and central to Eagle Rock and close to everything. Has everything you need for your stay in Los Angeles. We were mostly going to Hollywood and then to the westside and it was easy to connect to all the major freeways. Highly recommended.
