This is a unique 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in a gated community in the heart of Silver Lake. This is completely separately unit from all others, offering more privacy and security. It is located extremely close to mayor freeways, ( 2fwy, 101fwy, 5fwy ).Silver lake reservoir, Dodgers Stadium, Downtown LA, Griffith Park, The Observatory, and Sunset strip, CVS, 365 by whole food market within minutes. Our well known MICHELANGELO ( Italian Cuisine) will honor our guest a 20% disc of entire bill.

2222 Duane St, drive in to the 2237 unit on the far back, also there is an alternative entrance , you can also access the property from 2237Clifford St, (only walking access).
There is plenty of parking

House was great. Exactly as described. Very convenient location. Plenty of room for family of five. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice that there was coffee available for the first morning before we had a chance to shop. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great communication from owner. I definitely recommend this home.

Rafaella was an amazing host and so responsive. The location was terrific and we had the unusual need to park a cargo van for a few nights. We were able to park cars in the garage and then the cargo van outside without obstructing any neighbors. We felt secure and the house was very comfortable and nice. We appreciated the discount at Michelangelos which we used twice- highly recommended! Rafaella was the most responsive host I have encountered and although we did not need to contact her with any problems I have no doubt she would have immediately responded. We will stay here again!

Great location and great host!

Had an amazing stay here for a few days. Got to say the house at all the essentials we needed and the layout was great with the bedrooms all being upstairs. The property was nice and the location was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

The location was exactly what we wanted and needed. We were visiting family in Silver Lake and this house was less than a mile from their house. We also had an engagement downtown at the Disney concert hall. This house was just a couple of miles from there. We really enjoyed our stay and having a garage for parking was especially nice. The gated community made us feel extra safe. We highly recommend dinner at Michelangelo's. They spoiled us and you get a discount for staying at the property.

Wonderful townhouse

A perfect spot

This was a perfect place to stay during our trip to LA. Having a garage for the rental car was super helpful. There were ample sleeping quarters, well equipped kitchen and a great location. Our host was responsive. We’d stay here again for sure.

Great Silver Lake location...and more

Appreciated the gated entrance; garage; roomy, stand-alone property in a surprisingly quiet location; easy (doable distances) and invigorating (the hills) walks up to Silver Lake Reservoir, down to coffee shops, Library branch, Whole Foods when not out and about visiting with family and enjoying LA.
