Outside, the home features a private dock and boat ramp, a private rooftop pool, fenced yard, firepit, grill, outdoor kitchen and dining area, hammock, balconies and multiple places to relax by the water. Inside you will find a modern full kitchen, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, workspace, laundry, central air conditioning and entertainment areas. A garage, street parking and an EV charger support easy arrivals. Exterior cameras cover the front/doorbell and backyard, and noise monitors are present. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM.
