This two-level villa has a Great room with an open floor plan, large fully stocked eat-in kitchen with brand new stainless-steel appliances, dinning & entertainment area, a cozy separate seating area which includes a Queen Murphy Bed and a 65-inch HDTV Smart TV with free premium cable channels. A fully furnished roof top terrace, which is accessible from the third level master suite. Enjoy watching a beautiful Key Largo sunset with the cool ocean breeze of the rooftop terrace or grill your favorite family meals on one of the resorts barbeques.
The third level is for resting and relaxation. The master suite has a King size bed, large 55-inch HDTV Smart TV, a cozy separate seating area with a lounge chair and ottoman, a workstation and a gorgeous on-suite master bath, complete with a jetted tub. Read a book, work remotely or simply relax in the spa jetted tub!
The second suite comfortably sleeps 4. It has 2 Queen size beds, a large HDTV 42- inch Smart TV and its own private bathroom.
This gem of a villa comes with all the comforts of home including its own private laundry room with a washer/dryer located across the entryway of the villa. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee bar with Kuerig coffee maker and espresso machine, toaster, blender and all that you need to put together great family meals! If your clothes get a little wrinkled, we have an iron with an ironing board in the master suite closet. We include some basic toiletries, blow dryer, first aid kit and extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels.
Guests have access to free high-speed internet & WIFI. You can view your favorite shows on your streaming service as all the Smart TV’s have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more.
We have games, puzzles and books the entire family can enjoy! If you are headed out for a day of fun at the pool or beach, we provide beach towels and small coolers for your drinks. We even have some beach bags in case you forget yours at home!
For the sports enthusiast, we have tennis and pickle ball rackets, basketball and football. For the water lover, we have several bins filled with snorkel gear, fins and other fun items your family can enjoy. The bins are located in the laundry room.
If you want to venture out and explore the Florida Keys, Mariners Clubs has a prime location and is just minutes away from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known the world over for its spectacular reefs. You can also swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus, only 3 short miles away. There is fishing, sailing, kayaking, scuba diving and jet skiing. MASTER BEDROOM JETTED TUB GUIDELINES & RECOMMENDATIONS
Please note, the property's master bathroom contains a jetted hot tub. The post-stay inspection includes checking the condition of the tub and verifies that it's in good condition.
Please Note the Following HOT TUB Guidelines & Recommendations for your safety:
-NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE JETTED TUB WITHOUT PARENTAL SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES.
- Usage of the Hot tub is at your own risk.
- Pregnant women, the elderly, persons with heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure issues should not use the hot tub, without consulting their doctor first.
- Hot tub temperatures can not exceed 104 degrees in temperature by law.
- No glass products whatsoever in or around the hot tub area.
- The high water temperature in a hot tub may accelerate drowsiness. If a person has consumed alcohol or is taking prescription drugs, this may increase the risk of drowning.

CLEANING & DISINFECTING
Our villa is DEEP CLEANED and DISINFECTED after each guest. Our cleaning staff takes great care to make sure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned. All linens and towels are washed and disinfected. All countertops and light switches are cleaned and dissenfected. We also have extra cleaning supplies, should you need to use them. We provide masks and sanitizing gel at the entry way of the villa. We also take measures to provide a pest free environment. We have a contract with Truly Nolen to fumigate the property periodically throughout the year.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & BOOKING LIMITATIONS
The maximum number of guests (as per HOA condominium rules) is strictly limited to eight (8) guests including children.
Please note that Mariners Club Resort Security is very strict in checking for pre-registered guests. They will verify that you are registered at each entry & will not allow extra visitors into the community. Please avoid trying to sneak in extra people as visitors or otherwise. Falsifying the number of guests will immediately void our contract.

FREE PRIVATE PARKING
We have free private and secure front door parking for up to TWO vehicles. All vehicles must be pre-registered.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE FOR BOOKING
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

PRICING & QUOTES
We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but we will gladly try to accommodate your dates.
The automatically generated quotes are based on no more than 8 guests including children.
All rates and quotes are subject to change until an initial payment is confirmed.
Peak periods such as Mini Lobster Season and major holidays may be adjusted.
