Perfect stay. Everything as advertised and all very clean inside. Really enjoyed the extra privacy the 3 floors, each with own bathroom/shower gave our family on our beach & scuba diving vacation.

The post answered messages promptly. The rooms were clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils. The laundry was great on the bottom floor. It’s in a great location parking right out front. Golfcart was fun to go around the complex our family had a great time staying there.

Great location within Kawama! We loved being able to walk to the middle pool and watch the kids play at the playground from the back porch. This is our third year back to Kawama and we plan to return again next year! We love the location within Key Largo, beach walk way, multiple pools and lagoon! Host responded quickly and kindly when I had a few questions!

This place was an excellent fit for our family; the location was good, the amenities there were great, and it was cleaned. It was also one of the best stocked rentals we’ve used! What a great surprise! When we needed help, the owners were quick to respond, kind, and cheerful. I felt welcome and supported. I would recommend the location wholeheartedly!

Really great property. Easy and secure check-in. Great there's a bathroom with shower on each level, and it's very well equipped. Nice location, with easy walk to beach and marina, and you can see the pool from the balcony. Massive washing machine and dryer, perfect for our end of trip washing! Also decorated very nicely!Heads up the 3rd bedroom on the bottom floor is very small, ideal for just 2 children. We managed 4 of us, but was a squeeze.Would also highly recommend the Pilot house for food and beer. Amazing food at good prices, in a nice secluded spot overlooking boats.

The unit is very conveniently located to the pool and lagoon. Very nice place and kitchen had all the utensils, dishes and cookware you could need. Host is very good at responding to all questions quickly. The golf cart was fun as the boys went out on the peninsula to fish quite a bit. There is fishing poles/gear there for you to use and also a blow up kayak. Check out the closet on first floor for games and chairs etc, also a few coolers. There are beach towels to use as well. Overall a great experience and I would go back to this place again.

Our family had an incredible stay, and I can honestly say this was one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we booked until checkout, Mr. Williams was an exceptional host. He was always available, responded quickly to every question, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had a great experience. We had a small issue with parking because we brought an extra vehicle, and the association normally only allows two cars. Instead of telling us there was nothing he could do, Mr. Williams immediately stepped in, worked with the association, and got approval for our third vehicle. That level of customer service meant a lot to us. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. Every time we thought, “I wonder if they have this,” the answer was yes. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, and even items we forgot to bring—like a cooler—were already there. We also loved having the snorkeling gear, paddleboards, and all the extra beach equipment available. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the golf cart. We used it every day to explore the area, head to the beach, and take the kids fishing. The nearby fishing spot was amazing, with nonstop catch-and-release action. Watching our kids reel in fish one after another became one of the best memories of our trip. Thank you, Mr. Williams, for your outstanding hospitality and for helping create unforgettable memories for our family
