Welcome to Gracious Greyhouse, your relaxing lakefront getaway on beautiful Williamstown Lake! Conveniently located just 6.5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 5 minutes from Williamstown Marina, it's the perfect destination for family vacations, couples' retreats, fishing trips, or a peaceful escape by the water. This lake retreat is a family owned spacious 4 bedroom getaway with private dock that is in a quiet cove. No-step entry from driveway to house. Enjoy boat tie-off, fire pit, fishing, and outdoor dining areas. Inside features an updated kitchen, kids play area, shuffleboard, and bar! Parking for 2-3 cars. Less than 20 mins from the Ark and a 5 min drive from the Marina with a restaurant and live music during season! Perfect getaway anytime of year! Monthly discounts available during off season!

The home offers private onsite parking for 2–3 vehicles. Please note that the final half mile to the property is a gravel road with a few sharp curves, so we recommend driving slowly and using caution. During the off-season, please be mindful of changing weather and road conditions.

Ramps provide easy no step entry access from the driveway to the front entrance and to the spacious lakeview deck. While there is not a ramp leading to the dock, the walk is relatively gentle compared to many lake properties. Once at the dock, you'll find both a ladder and steps. (To help prevent slipping, the steps and ladder should be brushed before use if needed—a brush is provided)

Enjoy the Lake:

Spend your days swimming, fishing, floating, or simply relaxing on the large private dock located in a quiet cove off the main lake. A selection of life jackets and floating devices are available for guest use (sizes are not guaranteed). If you plan to fish, please bring your own equipment and obtain a valid Kentucky fishing license. We also encourage guests to review Kentucky fishing regulations before their trip.

Bringing a boat? The dock includes cleats on the left side (opposite the lounging area) for tying up your boat. Please bring your own dock lines and buoys. Boats can be launched at Williamstown Marina for a small fee or at the public boat ramp located approximately half a mile from the home. You pass it on your way to the house.

Inside the Home:

The main level features an open-concept living room, island seating, and fully equipped updated kitchen with beautiful lake views throughout. Step directly onto the large deck, where you'll find outdoor dining and plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, or evening sunsets overlooking the water.

Bedroom 1 features a luxurious adjustable queen bed for personalized comfort.

Bedroom 2 includes one full bed and one twin bed.

Bedroom 3 is accessed through Bedroom 2 by descending three steps. This spacious room includes a king bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a daybed. Room dividers provide additional privacy around the king bed. This bedroom also includes a half bathroom, laundry area, and a private exterior entrance.

The walkout lower level features Bedroom 4, furnished with a queen bed and desk, along with a fun entertainment room complete with arcade games, shuffleboard, a card table, bar area, and an extra refrigerator. Please note that from inside the home, you'll walk through Bedroom 4 to access the entertainment room, although the entertainment room also has its own exterior entrance.

For relaxing evenings indoors, TVs are available in the living room and Bedroom 3 for streaming your favorite services, or choose from our collection of DVDs for a cozy movie night.

Traveling with little ones? A Pack 'n Play is provided, and additional baby and children's items are available upon request whenever possible. There is a baby gate located at top of the steps and on the deck to enclose it.

Important Information:

This home is served by a sensitive septic system. To help protect it and prevent backups, please review our house rules regarding water conservation and proper septic use before your stay. While the kitchen is updated, the house is an older home and with that comes some imperfections. Please have grace and reach out to us if you have any concerns.

Security Camera's:

There are two exterior security cameras for guest and property security: one overlooking the driveway and the other overlooking the shed and dock in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.
