We have everything your family needs for a month or a long weekend visiting the awe-inspiring ARK Encounter. We are a pet/smoke/vape free property.

House was perfect for our large group (11 total). It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I recommend is have a couple extra blankets on hand in case someone is cold natured. Host was excellent to communicate with me. Providing all the information needed for a smooth check in and check out experience.

Everything was great. Excellent interaction with host. Clear instructions. The driveway is the only thing we didn’t care for - it’s a steep slope down toward the garage.

We really enjoyed our time at this very clean and family-friendly house. Very comfortable layout with toys, games and puzzles for the kids. Travis has included many nice amenities throughout the house, including coffee, tea, cereals, snacks etc. in the kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. in the 3 full bathrooms, and the things for the kids. The sectional in the upstairs living room was very large, clean and comfy.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils and we were happy there was good amount of baby items. Travis was very helpful and responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great house to stay in. Plenty of bathrooms, fun game room, and very comfortable beds. Host was very communicative and responded right away with even my simple questions. The only thing I wish I had been aware of was the steepness of the driveway. There wasn’t a place to park on the street. So that driveway made me nervous. But it all worked out and we had a great time.

Excellent home away from home

The beds were excellent, the place was nice and clean! We are a family of 6 and we all had our own space for the night and the main area had a nice sitting area. We really enjoyed it!

Great House for a Small Youth Group!

We had a great stay here for our youth trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The house was clean, the large kitchen table was great, the game room and movie area were also perfect for our youth to hangout when at the house.

The location in a great neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Most houses in the area are 3 bedroom, this one being 4 beds and 3 baths really caught my eye. We think Dry Ridge has a lot to offer someone coming to our area with just the right amount of convenience and closeness to everything.

Media room with projector and the game room area in the garage really add a lot of fun factor in this rental.
