This property was exactly as described! Very clean and great layout. We had a bunch of kiddos with us and they enjoyed the bunk room and the deck to run around on to get their wiggles out. Convenient to both the Cincinnati Zoo and the Ark Encounter. Local restaurants were very yummy too and close by.

Amazing "home" for our family trip! Thank you soo much. House was clean and welcoming. We loved the deck and we had an awesome view of the Lake both upstairs and down. Very roomy, light and airy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The home was perfect. It was as advertised and clean. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, etc. for meals. The view was great, and we enjoyed the outdoor space in the evenings. The home is close to the Ark Encounter, and would be perfect for families with kids.

Cousins camp with two grandparents, 9 grandkids and a parent. Plenty of space for all. Convenient to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Nice den upstairs and downstairs. Large kitchen made meals easy. We had a great time.

Great place!

This was such a fun place to stay! Everyone had their own space if they needed it and plenty of room to gather together for games or meals. The rooftop deck was so fun, with a great view of the lake. The property was extremely clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was perfect!

Great home with fantastic views of the lake! It had everything we needed for a fun getaway and the rooftop patio is a great hangout space. It is important to note that the living area/kitchen is upstairs (to take advantage of the beautiful view) and the bedrooms are downstairs. Not a big deal unless you have elderly people who aren’t good with stairs. But we made it work and everyone had a wonderful time!

Trip to the Ark Encounter

Getting to the property was a little scary.The houses along Humes Ridge as you get closer to the property were pretty run down, but once you get to Jacob it was better. The property/house is beautiful. The view of Williamstown Lake is amazing.

Great vacation

Our family visited KY for the Ark Adventure. The house was conveniently located about 15 minutes away. What added to the vacation was the house and great lake view. We started and ended many days with family walks up and down the lake streets. As noted, the house was new and the owners took great effort ensuring the house had all the amenities to feel like home. Thanks for the welcome basket, the kids and adults enjoyed the treats. 5 gold stars!! Thanks, Ron.

This place is perfect for a small or large family. We spread out and enjoyed both floors, the deck, and playing uno upstairs while the kids went to sleep. Quiet and relaxing watching boats on the lake, deer in the front yard and even a bunny or two. All I can say is book this place for a wonderful place to stay.
