It comfortably sleeps 10 with extra capacity with a sofa bed and pack and play. This is a smoke free, pet free, non-toxic home. It has an Ark themed children's play room and separate working space as well as a back deck, grill and private pergola. Come see Genesis 6-9 come alive!

Relaxing getaway

Our stay was a great place to unwind after busy days at the Ark and Creation Museum. This home was a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The property is gorgeous and so nicely kept. We felt at home and blessed to have been able to stay here. We highly recommend this place!

Great stay near the Ark.

Beautiful and clean property located in hilly scenery. Unfortunately we stayed during a week of rain, but the outdoor sitting space is gorgeous. House is clean and comfortable, will love to stay again!

The house was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room and everything was clean and neat. There was 6 of us and it accommodated us just right. We were visiting the Ark and Creation Museum and the house gave us a nice place to relax afterwards.

Fun for the Phoenix 5!

We were a group of 5 ladies. We walked in to a very clean house! It smelled so good. Beds were comfy! Outside space nice for sitting around and talking. Close to the Ark. Would highly recommend!

Once in a Lifetime Experience!

I took my family and my parents to stay at this property so we could visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. It was a magical visit! Let me start by saying that our host, Nancy was SUPER responsive and easy to communicate with. Our checkin process was a breeze. The house itself is super cozy and felt very homely. It is simply and tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings, and elements of faith throughout, which resonated with us, given our reason for visiting. There was even a little Christmas tree! The kitchen was well appointed, and I was able to use the Carote cookware to fix meals, and it was easy to work with, even though I am used to cast iron. There was plenty of cutlery and tableware for our group of 8. The bedding was comfortable, and the beds are all memory foam. I felt our bed was a bit firm, but that's just a personal preference, and it didn't prevent us from having a good night's sleep. I will mention that the king room doesn't have a tv, but we were so dog tired after our adventures, that it didn't make any difference for us. All of the bathrooms were super clean, and well appointed with a generous supply of towels and toiletries. I also appreciate all the eco-friendly cleaning products in use, which is something that is meaningful to me, and a practice that I utilize in my own home. The downstairs area was perfect for all my kiddos, ages 8-16, and they really enjoyed it. I will mention the area is hilly, so be aware. Thank you, Nancy!

After visiting the Ark Encounter, we were never able to read the Bible the same so we purchased a home near by to share with friends and family - and now YOU! We love Williamstown lake and the sweet downtown area.

Ellis Estates is on 2 acres. It’s in walking distance to the Lake and 5 miles from the Ark. this is also a smoke- free, pet-free, non-toxic home! It’s perfect for large families and has many beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy!
