This beautiful 6-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and features a private pool, complimentary 6-seat golf cart, elevator, fenced yard, and plenty of space to relax together. Enjoy easy access to the beach, nearby dining, shopping, and everything 30A has to offer. Pet-friendly and perfect for families and groups looking for their home away from home at the beach.

Located in Seagrove Beach, guests are just minutes from the sugar-white sand beaches and turquoise waters of Florida’s Emerald Coast.

Henderson House is located in Santa Rosa Beach, just a short walk or golf cart ride from public beach access. Please note that the home is not beachfront.
Pool heat is available for $50/day and requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A complimentary six-seat golf cart is included with your stay.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Additional house guidelines and arrival information will be provided prior to check-in.

Please return the golf cart key to its original location before check-out.
Please turn off lights and make sure the golf cart is plugged in and charging before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
