Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Cleaning staff handle general tidiness, linens, and towels — not dirty dishes or extra trash:
1. Pull sheets off any used bed and leave crumpled in the center (pillows can stay on the bed).
2. Leave dirty towels on bathroom floor
3. Wash dishes; leave in the dishwasher or on counter to dry
4. If the grill was used, lightly scrub and close it
5. Replace the pool cover if it was used
6. Replace the patio furniture cover if used.
7. Take laundry with you before leaving.
8. Remove belongings, then press the lock button to lock up.
Late checkout (past 10:00 AM) is billed at $25/hour.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
