This 2169 square feet home has five designer bedrooms, perfect for large groups, traveling friends, and business retreats.

There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, two queen beds, and shares a jack and jill bath.

On the second floor is where the master suite is located and it consists of a king bed, spacious shower, and a beautiful unique bathtub.

The loft and third bedroom are up on the third floor. The loft has a queen size pull-out and can also fit an air mattress. The third bedroom has a king bed, full bath, and patio.

The first bathroom is a jack and jill bath and is located on the first floor.

The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and tub and has his and her sinks.

The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and mirrored vanity.

We provide you with shower gel, hair shampoo, and conditioner so you don’t have to add them to your luggage.

The location is perfect for San Antonio. Walk to local bars on St Mary's street one block away and some of the top restaurants at the Pearl Brewery area. Access the River Walk at the Pearl Brewery.

There is a boat pick up at the hotel Emma/Pearl Brewery area just two blocks away. Along with Uber/cabs there is a bus pick up. Everything is close by.

There are three thermostats, one on each floor. Please keep that in mind when turning down AC.

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.

—No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM.
—Exceeding the registered number of guests is prohibited.
—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet (must be paid before arrival). Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee.
