Breaking house rules including exceeding Max capacity of 14 people at all times, or parking in the street can include a $500 fine, eviction or both.
Up to 2 small or hypoallergenic animals are allowed with an animal stay charge of $75. Animals may not be left alone, inside or outside, at any time.

Great spot, in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown. Very comfortable and pretty house. We did run into a brief issue with the air conditioning, but the host responded very quickly and had someone out to fix in within minutes.

Charming house in a great location. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. We enjoyed our stay and Brent was extremely responsive when we had a slight problem with the AC. He sent Jose over immediately to fix the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome, very clean, roomy enough for all of us, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub worked great, the air conditioning kept the house cool in the Texas heat, and the beds were cozy after long days. There was plenty of parking, and we loved the location. It was convenient and easy to get where we needed to go, just a couple of minutes to the Riverwalk and about 15 minutes from Six Flags. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our family and friends included a range of kids' ages from toddlers to teens, and it was comfortable for everyone. Off-street parking for 3 vehicles was a tremendous bonus!

The host was really communicative and answered our questions quickly. The house was big, yet cozy. We loved being able to gather family without feeling crowded. We would definitely stay here again.Note: the upstairs has slanted ceilings, so the family over 5'8" had to squat to get into the upstairs shower. The downstairs is not a problem. In fact, the master shower is fantastic.The kitchen is pretty sparse as far as pots, pans, etc. We ended up buying a ceramic pan to cook eggs. There is a juicer, blender & Kuerig. There are no spices or extras (we left behind our salt, pepper, tin foil, etc.) There is lots of space to cook & the appliances work great, but you may need to bring/purchase things to cook.

June stay

The house was great for my family and I go attend our son's wedding. It was hot (June) in San Antonio, and the AC did not work great. Someone came to fix it, but on the next to the last day, it still was not working very well. It is an older home, but some of the bedrooms were very warm.

We are very sorry that one of our AC units had issues durring your stay. As soon as you reached out to us we sent our AC maintenance over to address the issue. We wish you would have reached out again on your last day when the problem re-appeared as we always try to address any issue that arises asap. Both our AC units are only a couple months new, and there was a faulty breaker that has now been replaced. So sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for being our guests, and we hope you stay with us again!
