Below Prata 2.6 km from the centre of Prata, 10 km from the centre of Massa Marittima, in a secluded, quiet position, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with flowers and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (6 x 4 m, depth 120 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 28.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, boccia, garden furniture, barbecue. Steep motor access (700 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.6 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2.6 km, bicycle rental 11 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 30 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: San Galgano Abbey 22 km, Giardino dei suoni 11 km, Siena 60 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Accesa 20 km. Hiking paths: Mountain-bike 7 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. Small house for children and swing. The pool can be reached via an external staircase.
