Tolle, ruhig gelegene Finca

Die Finca ist sehr ansprechend und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Schöne Lage inmitten der Natur und doch zentral als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Tagestouren auf der Insel gelegen. Ein Mietwagen ist hier aus unserer Sicht Pflicht. Stets netter Kontakt zum Vermittler und zum Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Uns hat es super gefallen (Familie mit 1 Kind).

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Außer ein paar HĂŒhner ist kaum etwas zu hören. Mann kann sich gut von allem Trubel zurĂŒck ziehen und genießen. Es gibt auf dem GrundstĂŒck viele BĂ€ume, wodurch sich die Luft draußen nicht so aufheizt und man es auch bei hohen Temperaturen draußen angenehm empfindet.

Tolle kleine Finca mit guter Ausstattung

Super sauber, gut ausgestattet, sogar SpĂŒlmaschinen-Tabs, Klopapier, SpĂŒlmittel und -TĂŒcher ausreichend vorhanden, Grillkohle und AnzĂŒnder, sehr netter Vermieter, wir kamen wegen massiver FlugverspĂ€tung mitten in der Nacht an und er hat extra die Außenbeleuchtung eingeschaltet, damit wir es gut finden. 2x Poolreinigung, ruhige Lage, kurzer Weg nach Inca, wo alle EinkĂ€ufe möglich sind. Wir haben uns super erholt und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Zentral auf der Insel.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage (20 Minuten zum Meer, 25 Minuten nach Palma), alles sehr sauber, mit Obstkorb als Willkommensgruß. Schöner uns sauberer Pool. Tolle Grillstelle und als Empfehlung: Fleisch von der Metzgerei Estrany 5 Minuten entfernt (Versuchen Sie Iberico zu bekommen!!!)

Eine wundervolle Finca, die ic...

Eine wundervolle Finca, die ich nun zum 2. Mal besuchte und immer wieder eine Reise Wert ist. Die HĂ€hne des Nachbarn stören in der Nacht öfter und es befindet sich keine SpĂŒlmaschine im Haus. Dies sind dir MĂ€kel! Der Besitzer ist ein sehr netter, hilfreicher Mann. Reisetipps: Da die Finca bei Inca liegt sollte man einen Mietwagen schon am Flughafen mieten. Es ist eine wundervolle Gegend zum Wandern und die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Ein schöner Pool und die nahen StrĂ€nde, Alcudia, 25 km sind gut zu erreichen. In Inca gibt es genĂŒgend SupermĂ€rkte

Das Fazit gleich zu Beginn: Wi...

Das Fazit gleich zu Beginn: Wir haben die Finca fĂŒr 2018 bereits via Vorabbuchung optioniert und sind ein wenig traurig, dass wir im September eine Ausweichmöglichkeit suchen mĂŒssen. Dies aus folgenden GrĂŒnden: 1. Beste Anfahrt aller bislang besuchten Fincas; 2. optimale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Inca; 3. Wunderbares Anwesen und wunderbare Unterkunft (Pool ist top); 4. Völlig unkomplizierter Vermieter bzw. Kontaktperson; 5. Alles ist vorhanden – fehlende SpĂŒlmaschine ist bei 2 Personen kein Problem; 6. Durch die nahe MA13 perfekte Anbindung in alle Richtungen; 7. Trotz der NĂ€he zur MA13 sind nur die HĂ€hne, Esel und Hunde der Nachbarn zu hören (die HĂ€hne leben allerdings im 24/7–Modus). 8. WLAN top und 9. Sehr sauber!!! Reisetipps: Durch die NĂ€he zur MA13 und dem Inca–Kreisel sind AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen problemlos möglich (z.B. Petra "Es Celler" 20 Minuten, Llucmajor "Cafe Colon" via Montuiri 30 Minuten, Santanyi und Cala Figuera via Montuiri 50 Minuten, DeiĂ  und Valldemossa 60 Minuten). Gutes Essen gibt es in Campanet (Bar es Club und Sa Tercera) beides 15 Minuten.

Leider kann ich heute nicht sc...

Leider kann ich heute nicht schreiben, wie bei den Beiden letzten Aufenthalten "Traumfinca"..ein 3. Mal, dies sagt die Erfahrung, leider war der Urlaub durch handwerkliche Arbeiten an der Elektrik und weiter am Abfluß in der Innen– und AußenkĂŒche, gestört. Ich wĂŒnsche allen Urlaubern nach uns, dass es funktioniert und das "faule" Wasser ablaufen kann. Die HĂŒhner und Hahn laufen mittlerweile auch bis zur AußenkĂŒche und lassen ihren Unrat dort. Leider kann ich nur schreiben, s c h a de Reisetipps: Die Gegend um Inca ist ideal fĂŒr alle AusflĂŒge, per Rad, zu Fuß und mit dem Auto. Mallorca ist wunderschön, wenn es auch mit der Unterkunft stimmt.....
