Der Garten war topgepflegt, jedoch hatte das zur Folge, dass der Vermieter täglich auf unserer Terrasse und in unserem Vorgarten erschien, um nach dem Rechten zusehen.Dabei stellte er unserer Terassenstühle gerade an den Tisch und das täglich.Ansonsten waren sie sehr freundlich.Jedoch können wir die Kommentare von den Mitbewertern, das die Vermieter nicht zu bemerken sind, nicht ganz nachvollziehen.

Fijne woning met heerlijk terras

Fijne woning met vriendelijke verhuurders. De tuin is erg verzorgd en mooi. Je loopt zo naar het meer( nog geen 10 minuten) en kan daar rustig zitten en zwemmen.

die es auch dank der tollen Unterkunft wurden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, flexibel und lösungsorientiert. Das sie über der Wohnung leben stört überhaupt nicht. Die Nebenkostenabrechnung war sehr fair, sie haben auch sehr gute Tips was man unternehmen kann. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt !

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr schöner Terrasse, Vermieter sehr freundlich, Optimale Lage– sehr ruhig, See ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso kleiner Laden und man kann etliche Wanderungen direkt am Haus aus starten Reisetipps: Wanderungen durch die kleinen Bergdörfer, mit dem Schiff nach Varenna von dort schöne Wanderung nach Bellano und mit dem Schiff wieder zurück, Lage die Mezzola, Ausflug nach Mailand

Sehr schöne und geplegte Wohnu...

Sehr schöne und geplegte Wohnung mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Besitzer bewohnen das Obergeschoss und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; aber beispielsweise bei der Pflege des Gartens sehr diskret. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für vier Personen geeignet. Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer genügen allen Ansprüchen. Sehr schön auch die Terrasse mit gemütlichen Sommermöbeln und Blick auf den gepflegten Garten. Internet funktionierte gut und war schnell. Sichere Parkmöglichkeit in Hausnähe. Den See erreicht man in fünf Minuten zu Fuß; dort direkt Bademöglichkeiten und Beginn einer schönen, querungsfreien Laufstrecke entlang des Sees (4 km hin und zurück). Reisetipps: Wandermöglichkeiten direkt ab dem Haus:– zum Hausberg von Dongo und Musso (sehr steil, aber grandiose Aussicht)– in die Bergdörfer Garzeno und Brenzio– in die bis zur Schweizer Grenze führenden TälerTagesausflüge nach:– Bellano / Piona (Schlucht mit Wasserfall und Abtei)– Como / Lecco (Kirchenarchitektur + Shopping)– Veltlin (Geheimtipp Val Masino umrundet von Dreitausendern)– Chiavenna (alte Häuser am Fluss)Shopping:– Einkaufszentrum Fuentes in Colico mit teilweise sehr günstigen Angeboten. Dort gibt es auch das beste Eis der Region im LollipopEssen:– La Fattoria in Brenzio (hervorragende Küche, toller Panoramablick, freundliches Personal und Speisekarte auf Deutsch)– La Terrassa in Gravedona (Pizza!)– Pizzeria Barbarossa in Como– Bar Mastai in Chiavenna– diverse Eisdielen (den Einheimischen folgen)
