Large, beautiful house "Le Coba". 4 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime, 14 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, on a slope, residential area (villas), 1 km from the sea. Private: property 3'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with alarm system. Boules, terrace, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km.
"Le Coba", 9-room house 280 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Dining room with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower, double hand-basin and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm), hand-basin and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds, hand-basin and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds, air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, 2 sep. WC's. Mein Lieblingshaus

Sehr französisches verwinkeltes gemütliches Haus mit einem besonderen Charme. Toller Blick auf die Côte d’Azur, sehr beeindruckend zum Sonnenaufgang, wenn der alte wunderschön angelegte Garten mit Pinien kontrastreich beleuchtet wird. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für eine große Familie und hat Überraschungen in Form von versteckten Waschbecken im Schrank. Ausreichende Badezimmer und Küchenausstattung ermöglichen einen entspannten Umgang im Haus. Der Pool ist groß und macht Spaß!

Drei Generationen unter einem Dach

Leo Coba liegt ideal, nahe am Strand, nahe an Tennisplätzen, nahe zum Golfplatz, nahe zur Kartbahn, nahe zu Restaurants und Geschäften; ist architektonisch ansprechend, gut ausgestattet, und man fühlt sich sicher und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Man wird nicht durch Lärm gestört und fühlt sich trotzdem „mittendrin“. Da denkt man schon bei der Schlüsselrückgabe ans Wiederkommen und scheut sich eigentlich, diese Zeilen zu schreiben, weil sie zu viel Interesse wecken könnten. Ehrlich!

Très belle villa mais personne contact sur place exécrable

Villa très bien placée, vue magnifique, bien entretenue, piscine plaisante. Contact sur internet avec Interhome de qualité et très réactif. La totalité de la caution a été rendue et le contact avec la personne sur place à été très cordial et appréciable jusqu'à la remise des clés : à la lumière d'une remarque sur la présence de verre dans la poubelle prévue à cette effet qui datait des anciens locataire probablement, après que nous ayons enlevé le notre, le contact sur place s'est mise à monter la voix en devenant très désobligeante et méprisante avec notre groupe tout en n'écoutant pas ce qu'on lui disait. C'est intolérable d'avoir à faire à ce genre de personne avec ce comportement après une très bonne semaine outre cela. De plus, il nous a été reproché très désagréablement, par cette même personne, de ne pas avoir fermer les volets à chaque fois que nous quittions la villa car, apparemment, il y aurait des vols dans la résidence. Je vais répondre 2 choses à cela : premièrement nous ne sommes pas agent de maintien de l'ordre et ce n'est pas à nous de faire en fonction des malfrats du quartier. Secondairement, il devrait être indiqué cette insécurité dans l'annonce car ce n'est pas normal d'être averti de ceci seulement à l'arrivée, encore moins de la manière dont cela a été fait.

Spijtige keuze !

Huis is oud en heeft dringend heel veel liefde nodig . Geen airco in keuken en leefruimte . Televisie en DVD speler staan op zolder !!!! in een kamer waarop duizenden mieren zitten ! Trap naar zwembad is volledig kapot en zeer gevaarlijk . Er komt dagelijks een vos aan het zwembad , ook als je daar ligt te zonnen . De code voor de toegangspoort naar het domein was foutief . Onthaal was niet vriendelijk .

Ein schönes Anwesen an sehr schöner Lage mit guter Ausstattung. Die Umgebung ist gepflegt und der Pool sauber. Das Haus ist schön und mehr als nur zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Räume sind grosszügig. Ein schöner Ort um zu entspannen und um zugeniessen.

Grande et belle maison avec du terrain et de l'espace. Belle piscine, bons équipements Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Seul bémol : le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas (séjour en novembre).

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, komplette Ausstattung, wunderbare Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf den Hafen von Ste. Maxime aus ca. 150m Höhe; unkomplizierte Anfahrt und nahe an Golfplätzen, Strand und guten Restaurants. Wir werden als „Grossfamilie“ (3 Generationen) gern weitere Urlaube dort wiederholen

Sehr großes Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht auf St. Maxime. Es gibt Sonnen– und Schattenplätze, je nach Wetterlage alles möglich. Reisetipps: Es gibt Gratisparkplätze am Strand von St. Maxime, Sonnenschirme sind 2 im Ferienhaus vorhanden. Sehenswert sind: Gorges du Verdon, St. Tropez, Monaco, Nizza, Eze, Cap Ferrat, Aix au Provence und natürlich St. Maxime.

Well located house with a beat...

Well located house with a beatutiful view on Ste Maxime, large garden and sun from the morning to the late afternoon. The furniture (especially the chairs) were partly damaged and the dinnerware had to be cleaned prior to first use. Overall the house wasnot too well cleaned.
