La propiedad:
Villa Kairos es una moderna villa frente al mar en la costa dálmata de Croacia situado en un lugar soleado con orientación oeste y lejos de cualquier ruido del tráfico para proporcionar un entorno tranquilo y pintoresco. La villa está totalmente climatizado y se divide en tres apartamentos con dos disponibles para alquilar juntos para alojar cómodamente hasta ocho personas. La propiedad está muy bien cuidado y todo cuidadosamente meditados para garantizar una estancia muy agradable. Dos kayaks en tándem, así como dos bicicletas de montaña están a su disposición para disfrutar de explorar la isla y tomar los binoculares con usted para disfrutar aún más de las vistas!

Los motivos:
Los terrenos abarcan 500sq / m de jardines y zonas pavimentadas que dan acceso directo a la playa, así como un pequeño embarcadero. Hay muchas áreas diferentes para poner los pies en alto y relajarse, incluyendo terrazas acristaladas con cojines en el gran balcón con vistas panorámicas al mar, jardín, tumbonas silla de oscilación de 3 personas y la persona 2 hamaca. Hay dos áreas al aire libre de 8 plazas de comedor con un ser ubicados en el patio y la otra en el jardín frente al mar. Estos pueden ser tanto la sombra del sol y son ideales para disfrutar mientras se cocina, en la tradicional barbacoa de piedra. Una ducha de la línea de costa en piedra de mármol con un cabezal de ducha de pie de gran tamaño se encuentra en el jardín que es ideal para el enjuague después de un baño en el mar.

Las unidades:
Villa Kairos I es un apartamento de tres habitaciones que ocupa toda la primera planta de la villa. La sala de estar con aire acondicionado y espaciosas, con vistas al mar ofrece una mesa de comedor, sofás, chimenea de leña, televisión de alta definición con reproductor de DVD, equipo de música y bibliotecas de CD y DVD. La cocina está totalmente integrado se introduce fuera de la sala de estar y está equipada con lavadora / secadora, lavavajillas y té y café. El pasillo conduce a tres dormitorios, totalmente climatizado, y un cuarto de baño.

Villa Kairos II es un apartamento independiente de estudio en la planta baja entró en el comedor del patio. La sala de estudio con aire acondicionado, una cama king-size, mesa de comedor para dos personas, equipo de alta fidelidad y un amplio espacio en el armario. En la televisión de alta definición se puede disfrutar de varios canales o una película de la biblioteca de DVD. La zona de cocina independiente incluye set de té y café y baño con artículos de aseo básicos.

Fabulous family trip

We stayed 10 days and had a fabulous family holiday. The house is right on beach and has everything you need! It is walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and ice cream! We were also able to go on a few day trips to see the area. Locals were all lovely and Sarah is a fabulous host!

Amazing place for family reunion

The Dalmatian coast is amazing! Staying at this property let us experience all it can offer! We had long swims, walks, and visits to Trogir and Split. We also explored some local islands by boat! Drinking our morning coffee on the porch and sipping wines in the evening framed our daily activities perfectly. If you want a perfect vacation, reserve this place asap… 😉. I hope that you will have as good of a time as we did….

Simply wonderful. High quality from top till bottom. High quality gear, everything works, everything is clean. Good service of locals if needed. 2 weeks was too short. Local village is great for a holiday. Not too fancy yet, still quite original, friendly, quite cheap, good food, many restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets at walking distance. Don't doubt, just go. Thanks Sarah for renting your house.

Beatyful beachhouse

Ett fantastiskt hus precis vid havet, många sköna ställen att hänga på runt huset. En fantastik altan med magisk utsikt. Skulle varmt rekommendera detta hus för alla som vill uppleva Ciovo. Hade mycket kontakt med huset ägare och jag ger Sarah 5-stjärnor. Otroligt services mindre.

Schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Super schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer. In kurzer Entfernung befinden sich Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Man kann sogar mit dem Boot schnell nach Trogir fahren, der Anleger ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es hat einen tollen großen Garten mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten, auch genügend im Schatten. Das einzige kleine Manko das Bad könnte ein wenig geräumiger sein. Durch eine große Dusche, WC und Bidet ist im bald selbst nur wenig Platz und vor allem unser großen Mitreisenden hatten dort wenig Bewegungsfreiheit. Aber wir kommen trotzdem sehr gerne wieder. Vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr.

Great Summer Retreat!

Spent a week of summer vacation (family of 5 - children 15-19 y old) at Villa Kairos in August 2021. We had a wonderful time. The best aspect of the property is certainly the beach access, which is really directly in front of the house. The beach is public, but this is a small stretch only and it really feels like a private beach access. There are two canoes for use to explore the waters and two new mountain bikes in great shape to see the backyards of Chiovo island. The next town Trogir is a nice picturesque venetian-style town with plenty of shops and restaurants. It is about 10 min drive by car. Split can be reached by boat in 1 hour from Trogir or 30-40 min by car. The shops to buy groceries are in walking distance - no need to drive further. All in all when arriving by plane a car is not necessarily needed if you just want to stay in the area. The house is in great shape, the kitchen well equipped with dishwasher and also laundry washer. There are three bedrooms and in a lower apartment on the ground floor another 4th bedroom (Villa Kairos II). The property is OK for sleeping 8 people There is AC in all rooms, which was helpful. The parking for the car is on the property. We were met by Zoran on arrival who introduced all amenities and also took over the keys at departure. We had a small issue with the AC one day and he was very responsive also involving Sarah to find a quick solution. All in all we had a fantastic time and I can fully recommend staying at Villa Kairos for a relaxing beach vacation!

Excellent séjour

L’emplacement de la maison est idyllique, directement sur la plage, avec un jardin abrité par les arbres. C’est un excellent point de départ pour visiter la côte dalmate. Et bonus: nous avons admiré le coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Zoran est très disponible et plein de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Villa Kairos

We had wonderful stay at Villa Kairos. Steps away from the sea. The backyard was beautiful with olive trees and offered plenty of seating for relaxing in the sun or shade. The Villa is very spacious and nicely furnished. Kitchen had everything that we needed to cook a meal for the family. The villa has beautiful terrace with very comfortable lounge chairs. The sea views are stunning. The kayaks were a great bonus :). The villa is in an excellent location - few minutes walk to restaurants and water taxi to Trogir.

The most beautiful place that I have ever had the privilege to sun bathe ! Immaculate accommodation , very well equipped. So many different places to sit outside and , of course , your very own jetty to enjoy with kayaks provided to get straight out into the sea in minutes. Even more beautiful than the photos . Worth every single penny.

Eine tolle Villa

Die Villa liegt direkt am Meer und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus von wo man atmeberaubende Sonnuntergänge beobachten kann . Sie hat auch eine schöne und gut gepflegte Gartenanlage, inklusive Liegestühle und andere Erholecken. Ein schöner Zusatz waren die 2 Kajaks mit den man bequem kleinere Buchten, die weiter entfernt liegen, erreichen konnte. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und beinhaltet so gut wie alles was man braucht. Allerdings ist das untere Appartement bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einfahrt zur Villa ist recht unbequem und eng, weshalb man aufmerksam beim einparken sein sollte. Ansonsten hat sie eine sehr gute Lage, so dass Restaurants und Läden sehr einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Auch die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hat uns bei Nachfragen immer geholfen. Alles in allem haben wir in der Villa Kairos eine schöne Zeit verbracht und würden gerne nochmal kommen .

Fab villa in great location

Sarah was a great host; always prompt and helpful, as well as useful hints. Zoran also friendly on arrival. The villa was well fitted out as in the description and the back gates open to the beach. Can’t think of ways to improve. Croatia is a beautiful and friendly country and this is a good place to start from.

Excellente location, calme, tout au bord de mer, dans petite station agréable, tout près de Trogir

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : la proximité de la mer qui borde le jardin, la vue sur la mer, la mise à disposition des canoës qui permettent de joindre des petites criques adorables, la proximité de la petite station avec ses commerces et bistros, la proximité du débarcadère du ‘bateau-bus’ menant directement à Trogir, l’accueil à l’arrivée et le contact rapide et facile avec Sarah, le grand jardin et la terrasse entourés d’arbres et de parasols offrant partout des zones d’ombre agréables par forte chaleur. Séjour très agréable. La seule chose à signaler est la présence d’un seul WC/douche pour 6 personnes, mais ce n’était pas un vrai problème. Séjour excellent, que nous recommandons qui a permis de combiner repos (plein de chaises longues, hamac...avec tous les restaurants joignables à pied), sport (on a adoré les virées en canoë, nager devant la maison, et les sorties jogging: on est très vite sur des sentiers nature), et culture (Trogir est vraiment très joli). Et laisser complètement la voiture pendant toute une semaine est tellement agréable. Mille mercis Sarah!

Rent, fräscht, välutrustat och mycket välkomnande

Villan ligger perfekt på stranden med solstolar och diverse utemöbler för 8 personer. Mycket välutrustat kök med hög klass. Kändes inte som ett "uthyrningshus". Bra möbler inomhus. All kontakt innan och under vistelsen med Sarah fungerade perfekt. Då huset inte var uthyrt innan vår vistelse så kunde vi checka in tidigare. Zoran som var våran "lokala kontakt" var mycket serviceminded. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hus!!!!

Pretty good

This was my first booking with OD. The owner was very helpful and responded to emails promptly and helpfully. Check in and out was easy. The sea front location is good and the local Tommy supermarket is a 7 min walk. It has good bread, cheese, fish and meat but is not great for fruit and veg which are better in the city mkt or the Kaufland by the airport. There is also a water taxi to Trogir 5 mins from the villa. Kairos 1 (the main villa) is well appointed with a large living area, terrace and comfortable bedrooms. The bathroom is well equiped but very small and would have been difficult for 6 people. The kitchen is really not much more than a galley and can only accommodate 1 person. We like our food and catered for 4 but only by using the BBQ. We didn't eat out locally but did have a really good meal at Don Nino in Trogir. There is good on site parking although the entrance was very tight for our V70 - the trick was to use a neighbours drive for extra space. We were there in late September and the traffic from the mainland to the Island could be very bad as there is only one narrow route with a sharp hairpin that was effectively one way for vans and anything bigger. In the summer we were told it could take 90mins to get off Ciovo island and onto the mainland which we could understand. That said you could do most things by foot, bike, moped or boat if you wanted to. I cycle a lot in the UK and found that Croatian drivers are not really used to cyclists and don't give them much space. There are a couple of reasonable and hilly 50km road routes inland as long as you make sure you go up the quiet roads and down the busy ones. You can go further as well if you want. The outskirts of Split were grim and the centre attractive but crowded, we went by moped to make parking easier. Krka was stunning but busy. Sibenik was second to Trogir, you can only get into St Nicholas' fort from the sea so get a boat or take swimming gear. We hired a boat in Okrug and had a good trip around Solta Island (the Blue Lagoon is massively over rated) finding some lovely secluded bays and rocks to jump off. Overall, we didn't think that Croatia was particularly cheap but the people were friendly and the sea was stunningly clean. In summary, a very good stay. Don't be put off by the downsides as I have noted them so you aren't taken by surprise rather than to deter you as, overall, the upsides outweigh the downsides.

The perfect house for a nice holiday!

A great house with everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. We were 6 adults and two kids and it was something for everybody. And short walk to restaurants, cafes and shops. The beach right outside the garden!!

Das Haus und der Garten sind unglaublich toll, sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es war alles vorhanden.

Unsere Urlaubswoche in diesem wundervollen Haus wird uns (meinem Mann und mir sowie unseren erwachsenen Kindern samt Partnern) sicher unvergesslich bleiben. Die Einrichtung des Hauses erfüllt alle Wünsche und auch der Garten ist wundervoll. Obwohl der Strand klein und überfüllt ist, genossen wir eine unvergleichliche Privatsphäre in unserem Garten. So viel Platz hat man in keiner Hotelanlage und trotzdem waren wir mit ein paar Schritten im Meer. Die kleine Wohneinheit im Erdgeschoss war für uns sogar ideal, da die Jugend so im Obergeschoss spielen und tratschen konnten, so lange sie wollten und wir unseren kleinen Bereich für uns hatten. Auch die Betreuung von Sarah und Zoran war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

What a wonderful house!

The property more than lived up to the expectations created by the description from the owner. Real care has been taken to provide everything for a great holiday. There were many items that would not be expected in an ordinary holiday rental such as canoes, bikes, hammock, wonderful sun loungers, beach towels, garden furniture and much more. This is no ordinary holiday let, it's a super one. It was extremely clean and well set out. You couldn't be any closer to the sea without being in it! Brilliant. The sea was beautifully clear and had abundant fish life. Snorkelling and swimming in the sea was something we all really loved. It was easy to hire a motor boat to travel a bit further afield. Local restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs were just a few minutes walk away. No problem getting the fresh bread for breakfast each day. Meals in restaurants were delicious and a very good price. All the family, eight of us, loved our stay. The neighbours and locals were very friendly. Boat ferries to and from Trogir made life very easy. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner, Sarah, who responded promptly and in great detail to questions. Zoran, who looked after the property was a very nice chap. Would and have recommended Villa Kairos to friends. A brilliant place to have a wonderful holiday

Very comfortable seaside villa

Exactly as photographed; spacious, comfortable and literally a stone's throw from the sea. The property was scrupulously clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay in Villa Kairos very much.
