Maison spacieuse dans un endroit calme. Beau jardin verdoyant qui vous invite à bronzer. Les arbres fournissent de l'ombre et le hamac n'est pas loin. La cuisine ouverte vous invite à cuisiner ensemble. La grande salle de bain avec vue sur le vert devient une oasis de détente. Des lits doubles confortables et beaucoup d'espace assurent la détente.Une terrasse couverte orientée plein sud offre de l'espace pour de beaux barbecues. Arrivez et sentez-vous bien.

Perfekt! Ein Traum! Perfect! It’s a dream!

Tolles Haus, toller Garten, tolle Gastgeber, ruhige Umgebung. Alles was man fĂŒr einen gelungenen Erholungsurlaub braucht.

Der Empfang vor Ort war Ă€ußerst unkompliziert,freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist im gepflegten Zustand mit zum Kochen gut ausgestatter KĂŒche. Als Ausgangslage zur Inselerkundung ist die Lage empfehlenswert auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genĂŒgend vorhanden. Wir als Familie haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Excellent House

We loved the house it is beautiful. Francoise the property manager was lovely and very helpful. The house is decorated very tastefully and has everything you will need. We loved sitting at the table outside for breakfast then moving to the comfy outside sofa for the afternoon sun. It's located about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Lajares. The Tiki bar is nearby and worth a visit, but our favourite was Canela Cafe. The market on Saturday morning was lovely. We went to El Cotillo beach most days. The electric mountain bike hire at Magma in Lajares is highly recommended. A walk up to the volcano is also fun. We will definitely return to Lajares and to this house.

Wie immer super

Wir hatten schon mehrere Fincas in Lajares aber Casa Verde steht ganz oben. Der schöne Garten, die HĂ€ngematte, der Platz im Haus ist einfach super. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist in 10 Minuten im Ort. ZurĂŒck dauert es immer lĂ€nger aber daran war meistens das ein oder andere GetrĂ€nk schuld 😜. Ansonsten ist alles soweit vorhanden und sauber. Der Kontakt verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. Tipp - La Bodega am Ortseingang. Bitte die einĂ€ugige Katze fĂŒttern. Sie dankt es euch.

Estancia perfecta!

Oase der Ruhe!

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen an diesem schönen Ort. Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig und sehr gemĂŒtlich. Die Terrasse lĂ€dt zum Ausruhen in der HĂ€ngematte oder zum Grillen und Essen am Abend ein. Das Bad hat einen einzigartigen Ausblick in den Garten. Gegen ein paar Miskitos haben wir uns ein Moskitonetz beim chinesischen Supermarkt gegenĂŒber vom Superdino in El Cotillo besorgt. Im Haus sind auch Insektenstecker die mit Insektizid befĂŒllt werden vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke liebe Françoise fĂŒr alles.

Great casita for relaxing with a small oasis on a good location

Françoise, the sympathetic caretaker, lives around the corner, and is very quick with providing access to the house, changing empty gas bottles and repairing the hammock and hugging goodbye. The surrounding lots are being developed as additions to the surfer-town Lajares is, but the house itself, especially with the garden in the back facing south (out of the wind) is a little oasis which makes you feel pretty isolated. The sparrows nesting under the roof-tiles make it even more special. And hedgehogs in the night! The other animals visiting are opportunistic cats which are not stray-cats, just conditioned by former tenants and will keep on coming begging for food, we even had a nightly encounter with one of them who had sneaked in the bathroom . We got to know that there are plans to change the kitchen, which is a little damp in some closets (otherwise ok, bring matches :) ). The woodwork and the bathroom in the house are beautiful. The only little thing we missed (but that is personal) is a coffee-machine, a small perculator was provided though. The location on the island is good it's accessible from all sides, the town is one the nicest towns on the island: nice houses wide spread out. A tip for a great hike starting from the house is to walk to Volcan Calderon Hondo, from there to the top of top Volcan Bayuyo onwards to Corralejo to catch bus 8 back to Lajares.

Nettes kleines HĂ€uschen mit Charme

Wir hatten hier einen schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr entspannte Abende in der HĂ€ngematte und einige Doraden auf dem Grill rundeten fĂŒr uns den Aufenthalt ab. Das Haus ist etwas Ă€lter aber liebevoll restauriert. Es wĂ€re schön wenn der Ofen zur Benutzung freigegeben wĂ€re.

Wunderschön!

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet - von HandtĂŒchern, vielen Decken bis hin zu einer gut ausgestatteten KĂŒche. Die Terrasse und der schöne Garten sind sehr privat und ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, schönes Haus mit viel Liebe auch zum Detail. Schöner Garten, der PrivatsphĂ€re garantiert. Schade faden wir, da es im Winter abends doch recht kĂŒhl war, dass wir die schöne Feuerstelle nicht nutzen konnten... zur wĂ€rmerern Jahreszeit kommen wir sicher gerne wieder in diese Haus zurĂŒck.

Schöner Ort, ideal gelegen!

Das Haus war sehr schön. Die Lage ist super! Der Norden der Insel ist deutlich weniger massentouristisch erschlossen. Die Kommunikation mit Françoise war super unkompliziert und total freundlich! Absololut weiterzuempfehlen!

Private oasis

The villa, whilst in a developed area, gave private outside space to the rear, with sunny and shaded areas to relax in. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Both sleeping areas featured double beds, but each with two single size mattresses. Having read previous reviews, I was a little concerned that it maybe cold at night, but although my stay was in November I found the temperature in the villa comfortable day and night, with the bed covers providing adequate warmth. The only minor point with the villa was that it does look a little tired and a lick of paint would make all the difference. The villa was visited daily by a friendly cat, who seems to feel it is its home. I fear I may have contributed to this by giving her water and food...which I found in one of the cupboards. In summary, a nice place to stay. I will be back.

Aangenaam vakantiehuis op ideale locatie

Het huis is perfect voor een gezin van vier op een ideale locatie in het noorden van het eiland. Oa 1 min rijden van Lajares, surfersdorpje met zeer goede restaurants en een supermarkt. Op 10 min rijden sta je op Ă©Ă©n van de mooiste stranden nl playa de la concha in El Cotillo en op 15 min rijden ben je in Corralejo, een grotere “stad” met een mooie haven en superveel mogelijkheden om te winkelen en heel lekker te eten. Het enige minpunt aan het huis is dat de keuken niet erg uitgebreid is. Er is geen oven of microgolfoven. De bedden zijn ook aan de harde kant. Het mooiste aan het huis is de badkamer dat uitkijkt op de tuin wanneer je onder de douche staat en het aangename overdekte terras. Over het algemeen hebben wij hier een fantastische vakantie gehad!

Traumhaftes Haus

Mit die beste Finca welche wir seither besucht haben. Perfekte Lage... zu Fuß 20 Minuten zum "Zentrum" von Lajares. Ruhig gelegen. Das GrundstĂŒck nebenan wurde in der Zeit in der wir Vorort waren offensichtlich verkauft. Bleibt abzuwarten was da hinkommt. Aber wir sind da entspannt. Wiederholungsfaktor 110%.

Super, unique, quiet and peaceful villa in the outskirts of the village of Lajares.

Francoise, the local contact, was very welcoming and helpful. The villa was spacious (inside and out) with plenty of off-road parking and gardens. The rural views all round were lovely. The neighbourhood was peaceful and very quiet all day and all night. The local people were friendly and relaxed. The villa was very minimally equipped, but for a simple vacation, this was fine. It was chilly inside in the evenings - a small amount of some sort of heating would have been nice. The shower was wonderful - like being under a warm waterfall with rock walls. Lajares was a village/small town and the centre itself was not far - only 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. It has a handful of cafes etc and a very good supermarket. The coast was not far and the roads were excellent, so getting around the island, apart from all the way down to the far south, was very easy. Thank you.

La casa estĂĄ bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dĂ­as en Lajares. El patio con jardĂ­n fue nuestro Lugar favorito. El baño espacioso y sĂșper funcional. VolverĂ­a sin lugar a dudas!

Sehr schön!

Schöne Loftwohnung, wo das eine Schlafzimmer mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist. Es gibt noch ein weiteres separates Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer war ein Traum. Kleine Kritikpunkte: die KĂŒche ist eher dĂŒnn ausgestattet, bei kalten Tagen reicht die eine Elektroheizung nicht aus, der Garten ist relativ klein. Wir empfehlen dennoch das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen

Perfekter Platz um die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Hatten einen sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Empfang. Das freistehende Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und einen sehr schönen und grĂŒnen Garten. Die Einrichtung ist gemĂŒtlich und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, inklusiv einer neuen Waschmaschine. Wir hatten hier eine erholsame Zeit und werden mit Sicherheit nochmal einen Urlaub hier verbringen.

OK, but could be great

Our experience was, I think, coloured a bit by the weather being cold at night, and sometimes damp. The house isn’t well set up for this: the bedding’s not warm enough, there’s no real way to warm the place up, and the inside is quite shady. Most of the year these would be non problems, of course. The house has an interesting layout, with an open sleeping platform above the main common area and another bedroom on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one containing a non-working washing machine, and a really nice outside area; the hammock here was a high point. It’s well arranged for a family or two couples. It’s a 10-minute walk into the centre of Lajares, and you can walk out into the volcanoes, too. The downsides are that there’s really nowhere comfortable to sit, though the open-plan area has plenty of room for a couple of sofas; the house feels just a little run-down, very much a second home that gets rented out rather than a properly maintained holiday villa; and the pillows on the beds. Pillows sound a small thing (and these were), but you spend a lot of time with your pillow! Each person is allotted just one cheap one each, a thing so lacking substance that if you rest your head on it, the stuffing runs away and you find yourself effectively lying on the mattress. This isn’t a super-cheap property, and I think the guests here deserve a little better. With a few small improvements - sofas, better/newer kitchen utensils and crockery, an investment in pillows - this would be a 4- or 5-star property. As it is, for us, OK but not great.

a quiet house with an optimum of privacy and comfort

We (couple from Germany, 51 + 53 years) spent a wonderful week after Christmas in this beautiful house in Lajares. Since we have been several times in the North of Fuerteventura (Lajares, El Cotillo) we know the surroundings quite well, but also the possibilities to rent houses and flats there. The key acquisition through Francesca worked without any problems - she gave us a very warm welcome. We relaxed all day and forgot from time to time to go to the beach ... During the day you could relax on the sheltered terrace, in the evening you could organise a nice barbecue and watch the stars. The house is very well equipped, the spa bath we used with great pleasure. The house offers an optimum of privacy - we felt so comfortable and will return again for sure. Indeed, this house is worth while to stay longer than a week than we did.
