This Unit has a great view of the pool. It is so relaxing to sit out on the deck and listen to the soft sounds of the water and see the beautiful pool and courtyard. This Unit is on the second floor and has new flooring throughout. Living room has cathedral celings with celing fan, sofa and loveseat, entertainment center with flat screen tv and dvd player. Dining room is open to the living room with cathedral ceiling, sliding glass doors that go out to the deck, and has a bar that seperates the kitchen, Kitchen and bar have granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, glass top electric stove, kitchen equipped with pots and pans and dishes ready for your cooking, hall has full size washer and dryer in closet, master bedroom has celing fan, king size bed, flat screen tv, master bath has twin sinks, tub with shower, and closet. Guest bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and it's own bathroom, This unit also has Direct TV, and linens are furnished. No pets.

This host was PHENOMENAL and the condo was as well. Very clean very professional and absolutely the best stay we have ever had. I coach travel softball and playing in the Alabama Nationals the location, cleaniness, access to everything you need from Walmart to publix to Walgreens all walking distance. The Gulf shores complex is just a 7 min drive and the ocean 7 min. This place is incredible and super nice & the kids loved it. We will be coming back next year. Thank you !!!

Quiet neighborhood; clean condo; pool was easily accessible

Great off the beach location, but convenient to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. We would stay again; price was practical but accommodations were nice.

We loved staying at this condo! We overlooked the pool, which thd kids loved, and it was a great place to sit on the patio and relax! The pool was well taken care of and everyone was so nice!

The condo was nicely decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The condo is in a good location, close to stores, restaurants and the beach was about a mile away. we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay

Overall very well place to stay, 2nd time we’ve stayed here. Cleanliness was a 8/10 roughly, couple things in rooms were still “dirty” just not cleaned very well as could be. Well equipped kitchen & laundry room with spacious room for 4 people. Would stay here again

Always a pleasure

It's always a pleasure to stay at any of Gene and Connie's properties. Always clean, always secure, and always easy in terms of checking in/out and the overall stay. Just need to get rid of that Alabama bathroom decor in favor of some UK gear!

Great condo! Beds were very comfortable and loved being across the street from the grocery store! Pool was absolutely wonderful - well kept and clean! Excellent communication and pricing from owners! Only thing I would say is the master bathroom had some issues - but I fixed it with my my OSU beach towels - lol!!! All in all great stay and would def stay again!

Nice decor and very clean

Our vacation was perfect! We enjoyed the condo so much. It was close to the beach, but far enough away to enjoy our peaceful evenings. The complex has a very nice pool that my children and I enjoyed. Connie was very informative and a pleasure to deal with and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. We will definitely book again next summer.

Lovely Hidden Gem

You will not be disappointed! From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. The condo's ambiance is cozy and relaxing. We had everything we needed and completely felt as if we were at home. Our week flew by and we did not want to leave. We absolutely enjoyed using the pool. It was always clean, refreshing and inviting. John and team do a phenomenal job keeping the property very well kept and were very polite. Gene and Connie were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. We can't believe we got so lucky with this hidden gem. Gulf Shores is a very busy area, but you wouldn't even realize it because you're tucked one street away from it all. Everything was within 5-10 minutes away. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay. We loved our vacation and as a family, have decided to make this our yearly vacation spot. THANK YOU for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back.

What else could you ask for?

Everything went smoothly from exchanging emails and payments to giving phone numbers to easily get in contact with. Firstly the unit has a lock code which makes it convenient as opposed to keeping up with a door key. After arriving, I was instantly satisfied with the decision to rent. Everything was very tidy, furniture/beds were comforting, top notch appliances with everything necessary to cook including a nice granite bar top with bar stools or wood table with high rise bar type chairs to eat at. High rise ceilings and room sizes make it a very spacious environment, not to mention the balcony which is about 15 feet long with view of the pool. Finally the location is perfect, right next door to Walmart, Winn Dixie, numerous restaurants and literally a straight shot (30 seconds) along the north line to beach which includes all the surf shops and local eateries. Not only would I highly recommend but I will be back next year!

Came for softball nationals

The property is nice, pool is clean and maintained. The unit was kind of dirty though. Long hairs in the dryer, layers of dust on the fans, I could write my name in the dust on the dresser and the window sill was full of dead bugs. The host communicated well except he would not tell me how to access the property. He avoided the question at all costs and after check in time I had to ask again. I was 13 hours from home and terrified we would not be able to get in. Every other unit I have rented the host told us when and how we would receive our access instructions. These people left us hanging…I would go back to that property but not that particular unit. Def needs a new cleaning person.

This condo is very pretty, well-maintained. It's fully furnished and ready for you.

This condo is about a mile away from the beach. It's fully furnished and pretty. It's across a quiet street from a grocery store and Family Dollar. There are few restaurants with in walking distance. The area is quiet so I never felt unsafe walking to any of those places. The furniture is comfortable. My husband and I agreed that the king size bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, a bit soft just as I like. The queen size is the second bedroom is very firm, but my son had no complaints. It has Direct TV in the living room and both bedrooms. It was the perfect place to relax after the beach. The kitchen was ready for us to use complete with cookware. There is an outdoor grill and pool in the complex. As a first time Home Away renter, I was apprehensive about knowing the rules of the condo. Those were clearly posted on the fridge though so when I arrived I was no longer worried. The owner was very nice. She made recommendations since this was our first visit to Gulf Shores. I would definitely stay here again. Let go of your worries and go to the beach!

I am so glad you liked it, I always worry that someone will be disappointed with not being on the beach, but to me it is a perfect location, right in the courtyard, so close to everything, and less than half the cost of being on the beach, makes me wonder why someone would pay so much for a hotel room and that is just a room and they can have the whole condo for less, Thank you for the great review and we hope you will come back, I am always looking for ways to improve anything about the condo so if you can think of anything just let me know, Thanks again

We enjoyed our stay but checking in was confusing as we weren’t given the correct unit number and code to enter and when we called the host the number was her ex-husband’s and he had to give us the correct number.
