Renovated in 2025, the Adriano holiday home with 5 holiday flats is located in Colico in the bay of Piona in the north of Lake Como. The location is a dream for long days at the beach and excursions into nature or around the lake. The beach of the bay of Piona is 500 metres away, in the typical Italian neighbourhood there are 2 restaurants, a charming Italian bar with locals and an Alimentari grocery shop with basic groceries, fresh bread, pastries and coffee, ideal in the morning. The Colico jetty can be reached on foot in around 30 minutes for those who enjoy walking, and cycle tours or hikes up to Monte Legnone can be started from the residence.
The flats are spread over a total of three floors, the Adriano Aquarama holiday flat is located on the ground floor on the lake side with a terrace area and mountain view of Monte Legnone.
There is a small communal garden with sun loungers and garden furniture at the front facing the lake.

The Aquarama vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the newly renovated Adriano vacation home, in a quiet location and with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
The owners have a nautical past, which is reflected in the vacation apartments through accessories and pictures.
A private entrance leads into the open, light-flooded living area with fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed.
The private garden is accessible from the open-plan living area and invites you to spend cozy hours.
Whether you want to read a book in peace or end the evening with a glass of wine, you can unwind here.

The hallway adjoining the open-plan living room leads into the modern bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, as well as a window. Light colors and the wood-look flooring create a cozy atmosphere. A tall radiator matches the look of the bathroom and also provides warm towels in the cooler months of the year.
Two further doors lead off the hallway, behind which are the two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, closets and bedside tables.
There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

There is ample private parking at the house and across the street.

The five Adriano vacation apartments are situated in a wonderfully quiet and typically Italian location in the north of Lake Como, above the idyllic bay of Piona in Colico. Nestled in an authentic neighborhood, guests can enjoy the perfect blend of relaxed lake atmosphere and everyday Italian flair. Just around the corner, there is a popular pizzeria, a cozy bar and a small alimentari - a charming grocery store that sells fresh produce and everyday necessities.

The natural shore areas around the Adda estuary are particularly popular, with pristine beaches and a peaceful atmosphere.
In addition to relaxing days of swimming, Colico offers a wide range of water sports. There are surf and kite schools, canoe and stand-up paddle rentals, electric motorboats and bike rentals for tours along the lake or into Valtellina.
