Everything was perfect. The condo is gorgeous, the veranda is so serene--you can hear birds chirping and the green view is very peaceful. The beach is amazing. And the pools are quiet and relaxing. Loved it here.

We loved the condo and all the amenities...fun roof top bbq with splash pool...beautiful, peaceful grounds with two gorgeous pools...handy shuttle to an awesome beach with lounge chairs/umbrellas and top notch food & bar service.

Condo has everything you need including a terrific terrace for a relaxing meal.

Fernando(the host)is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel right at home with the condo. And Shari(the owner) is a delight to deal with prior to your arrival. I highly recommend this property and the people behind it!

We had a great time at this place. The owner is helpful, the condo is well equipped, and Fernando, the property manager is great!

The property is located in the Grand Coral resort, near the Royal Hacienda hotel. The beach club is about 1/3 of a mile away - so we walked to that a few times. the food at the beach club was excellent.

Though we walked once or twice, there is a golf cart at the front gate of the condo complex where one of the security guards will run you down to the beach. We did that a few times as well. The security staff was really nice - eager to help.

It's about a 10-minute cab ride to downtown Playa. The cabs in the area are great, and if you go to the security booth, the guard will get a cab for you in less than five minutes every time. For six people, the cab was about $13 to downtown - not a big deal. If you only have 4 or fewer, it's less than $10 - so again it's pretty inexpensive.

The place is super quiet, well equipped and in a great resort area. We didn't use the golf course, but we did several excursions to Tulum, Xel-Ha, and Chichen Itza. We had the shuttles pick us up at the Royal Hacienda. That worked well as the security guys would run us down to the hotel in the golf cart - it takes about 2 minutes.

This was a great place to stay. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a great time.

We stayed in August, and the accommodations were everything we expected. It was everything that was advertised and we were not disappointed with anything. We traveled to several beaches in the area, so we never had a chance to visit the beach club, but the pool area and everything else about the property were fantastic!!

Flight was delayed due to hurricane Franklin. Shari and Fernando were in contact with us through the ordeal until we finally boarded and landed. Marco was there to greet us when we arrived very late that day. Among the great things we experienced about their service was the possibility of having a list of groceries waiting for us, nothing beats a cold Corona waiting for you !!!! We were impressed !!!

The condo was very clean and we felt at home right away.

The facilities are great, swimming pool on the 5th floor and in the building across the street is a must visit in the morning after a run and at night to wrap things up

The beach is very nice and the possibility of going to it and later to the Mareazul condominiums swimming pool is great. Great octopus and shrimp ceviche !!!

The Beach club is nice but the service is not that great. Having Mareazul right next to it makes up for this.

Golf course is very nice, clubs are top of the line.

Having Playa del Carmen SO CLOSE is great, I've stayed before in other properties close to TULUM and even though they were NICE, we were very far from being able to go out for a PIZZA or all the wonderful ice cream shops in 5th Avenue - Quinta Avenida. For those who like VEGAN food there are a lot of options. CLOROFILA restaurant is one of them. Groceries can be purchased in MEGA or Chedraui

If you don't like to wash, there are like 300 million places where they do a great job doing so.

In general it was a great experience. We will come back !!!
