The condo features an updated kitchen and large living/dining area.

Located in Naples, FL (20 minutes from Fort Myers Airport), Sunset Bay is one of the most prestigious buildings on Vanderbilt Beach with direct beach access and a swimming pool on the waterway. The property has only twelve units and is impeccably maintained. It is within walking distance of La Playa, The Ritz-Carlton and Delnor Wiggins State Park and a short drive to shopping, theatres and golf.

The master suite has a king-size bed with large ensuite bath, dressing room and walkout to the beach-front lanai. The newly-decorated second bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, adjacent bath and access to the bay-side lanai. The third bedroom has two queen beds, an ensuite bath and walkout to the lanai. The unit has full-sized washer and dryer, wi-fi and 80+ channel TV service. It is outfitted with bed and bath linens, beach essentials and kitchen tools, appliances and accessories.

A truly special vacation home, this condo has been lovingly cherished by one family since it was built in 1981. It is being offered as a rental in the hope that it may be enjoyed by someone who will appreciate how special it is.

As per our condominium associations rules, we are only permitted to rent our unit for a minimum of one month. We permit smoking on our lanais only. We have a regular cleaning lady who will clean the unit after your stay at a rate of $120.00
