About this property

Three Peaks Lodge - Reunions, Weddings.

Welcome to Three Peaks Lodge. Our unique facility offers you a very large home away from home. A perfect place where families and groups can come relax, laugh and play with complete privacy. The Lodge is comfortable for any group, however our most exciting focus has been for family’s and kids. We have created life size interactive play toys, structures, props and active indoor and outdoor games that will take kids days to enjoy. This is what makes us unique and why family groups love to come, not to be entertained, but to play. Three Peaks Lodge is a great getaway every weekend in every season of the year, come rain snow or shine.

The game room, theatre room with a stage, bunk room, attic and 1500 sq. ft. play room are large indoor play areas where all the action happens. Each room is interconnected by a slide, ramp, hidden passage or platform ladder.

The Bunk Room has life size foam blocks where kids create castles, tunnels, barricades,igloos and even the mighty T-Rex.

The attic has 2 large rooms, one has a kids cafe, lego play house and life size jumbo legos and the other is a teen area with 3 jumbo bean bags, a foosball table and air hockey where teens can hang out long after everyone is in bed.

The playroom is where the kids let out most of their energy. There is a slide from the top of the stairs. The kids love the dozens of soft play balls and gear for square ball, baseball, basketball and dodge ball. Indoor adult trikes, big wheels and scooters are one of the kids favorites, they set up cones and ride for hours.

When getting together everyone loves great food. If you are heating up, ordering in or taking turns creating delicious meals, you will love the comfort and space our country kitchen and dining room offer.

Our large Great Room with a fireplace, large comfortable seating area and a game table for 8 is a nice spot to snuggle in and enjoy a good book, board games and good old fashioned conversation. Since it is off the beaten path of the kids play areas, it provides a quiet place when you feel the need.

The ten bedrooms and bunk room are each decorated and named with a different theme. We provide quality linens and each room is by one of the six bathrooms.

We had looked for a long time for the perfect VRBO to take our whole family to. Three Peaks was an amazing place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family loved it. There was so many fun things to do for everyone. The kids were entertained nonstop. The teenagers loved it as well as the adults. There are a lot of fun things to do around the area also. We went to the sandbar we went rafting down the river. We went to the sand dunes and watched the sunset. We made memories that will last forever! Thank you for helping us make this experience incredible!

This is the most amazing house our family has ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family reunion!! There was more than enough room for 27 of us. Our grandchildren were in heaven with all the child friendly spaces and secret tunnels. Our teenagers and adults loved the pool table and ping pong tables. Outside the playground, tennis/pickleball court, fire pit, and kayaks on the pond all brought our family together in a magical way. David was great! The house was very clean. We will definitely come back to the 3 Peaks Lodge again!!

Amazing space for our family reunion. Lots of activities to entertain the kids and teenagers. Ample space so everyone is not stepping on each other's toes. We also did the sand dunes with PMS rentals, which is only a 15 minute drive away! All around a great space!

Hymas Family thanksgiving

It was wonderful! There was lots of room for all 32 of us and the kids had a blast on the slides, in the tunnels and in the all the play areas. We would love to stay again sometime.

Family Friendly

This is a great place for adults and children. Every year we rent a big house to get our adult children and our grandchildren together for a few days. Family members voted this as the best place we have ever stayed, because of the accommodations for children and adults and the wide open spaces.

The perfect gathering spot for a variety of ages

We had the best time gathered with family at this property. There is truly something for every age, and we spanned them all. Whether you have people itching to play volleyball or tennis, crawl through tunnels and slides, cook gormet meals, or simply enjoy the local wildlife with a cup of coffee in hand, this place has it all. We spent a full week here and didnt get bored once. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome for a family reunion

Amazing house for a family reunion. We had 32 in the house and still had rooms that were hardly used. The tunnels in between the play spaces are so much fun, even for adults. The outdoor space was also amazing. Even with a few rainy days during our trip we had a blast and can’t wait to come back!

The most fun vacation

We didn't even get time to do half of the things that this home has to offer. We had every age from 18 months up to 72 years old and everyone was entertained and sad to leave when it was all over. This home had even more to offer than it stated online. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Larson Reunion

We had a terrifically good time. The lodge was super-equipped with recreational equipment and space. Very clean, high quality construction and decorating, large enough to serve our 35-member family easily. We've done about 15 summer family reunions, all at different places, and this was the one everyone thought was the best place we've ever gone for a reunion. Highly recommend it.

Family favorite!

Our family (27 people, ranging from 70 years old to infant) had the best time at Three Peaks Lodge! We've been before, and every time we come, we are so thrilled and impressed with the property. They've thought of nearly everything, down to a First Aid kit, laundry detergent, sunscreen, and all the supplies and equipment for everything the property has to offer. It's spacious, incredibly clean and fun, easy access to the freeway, private, and Dave is such a pleasure to work with and rent from. He is very responsive and thorough and kind. I have zero complaints and we will continue to come back for years to come!!
