Enjoy both the gorgeous Door County sunrise and sunset all at one location - Gordon’s Isle View. Situated on Riley’s Point, less than 10 miles south of Sturgeon Bay – our private waterfront properties will give you the slow pace environment that you have been craving along with the convenience of the unique shopping and activities that the Door Peninsula has to offer.
Old world charm mixed with modern day convenience adds to the enjoyment of your stay. Both our ISLE VIEW HOUSE(this property) and CABIN(#810620) offer an open concept living area with ample entertaining space. Hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, large bay windows, and family antiques decorate our homes.
Both our ISLE VIEW HOUSE & CABIN(#810620) are located on our families waterfront property. Our Isle View HOUSE is a large 3 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath, with a newly remodeled open living/dining/kitchen area. The HOUSE is equipped with modern appliances and has a completely furnished kitchen as well as TV/DVD and A/C. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided.
Although our properties are adjoined, they each offer a large private yard furnished with lawn furniture, Weber charcoal grill, grilling utensils, fire pit, and a walkway to the private waterfront. Parking for boats can be easily accommodated.
Local amenities include: deep water marina access located and boat rentals at Carmody Park (boat launching, just around the corner), Quick Mart (fuel, groceries, bait); Potawatomi State Park offers canoe and kayak rentals (5 minutes), Haines Park (sand beach- 2 miles), and Sunset Bar and Grill (boat launching available) is within walking distance. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about area attractions.

$235 per night or $1410 per week.
These rates do not include tax.
Minimal Use Fee of $105 will be applied to reservations less than 3 nights. We have implemented this fee so we can still accommodate our guests who desire a 2 night getaway.
Additional guest rates may apply.
ALL HOLIDAYS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 PAID NIGHTS RESERVED. THIS INCLUDES MEMORIAL DAY, 4TH OF JULY, LABOR DAY. PLEASE ASK IF YOUR DATES ARE IN QUESTION OF THIS POLICY. THIS IS SEPARATE THAN THE "Minimal Use Fee" we have implemented.
Guests may check in by 4:00 p.m.and must check out by 11:00 a.m. Early check in may be available upon request.
Once your desired dates have been approved, please agree to our rental agreement, and make your payment requested. Our preferred method of payment is the eCheck method. The eCheck method is done by simply entering the first 2 sets of numbers from the bottom of your check. If you prefer sending a check, please let me know. In attempt to keep our rates down we do not prefer credit card payments.
Your dates will be reserved & confirmed email once you have agreed to our Rental Agreement and your first payment is made (payment is non-refundable). 21 days/3 weeks prior to your stay your remaining balance will be due. You will receive a payment request at this time.

About Jane Barr
Our parents purchased this property in 1970. This was an ideal location to raise a family. Were were so fortunate to have the Green Bay waters and all it has to offer, right in our front yard. Swimming all summer long, endless hours of fishing throughout the year, snowmobiling and ice skating kept us entertained in the winter. We spent many days hiking and biking the many state parks. Now, years later, we all have families of our own and love to come back and see our kids enjoying the same things we grew to love. We are filled with joy knowing that we can open our home up to your family allowing you to experience so many of the same things we love about Riley's Point in Door County. Over the years there have been many updates and remodels, but one thing remains the same, the beauty of the view right in our front yard. We hope you fall in love with Riley's Point, just as we have. What makes this House unique
We are one of the few places in Door County where you can catch the sunrise and sunset. We're located on Riley's Point which is a "island like" area connected to the main land by a bridge just a cars length long. Everywhere you look, you'll be surrounded by water. We can easily accommodate large gatherings as we offer two houses side by side.

Property was beautiful and perfect for our family. Spacious and open kitchen living area was enjoyable. Children loved the big checker board.
Absolutely beautiful view and a very cozy home. Jane was respondent to all my inquiries. I've had such a great experience altogether. Yes we did have no cellular service or WIFI, but it made a great opportunity for us to really enjoy each other's company without today's technologies getting in the way. The house was cleaned throughly and the yard was maintained wonderfully. We enjoyed a lot of time out grilling and sitting around the fire place. I can see why visitors return to this place, and we will most definitely be one of those parties. Maybe when the rest of the family becomes available, we'll take both the cabin and home conveniently located side by side. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Jane.
Fantastic cabin by the lake!
The cabin was right by the lake with a beautiful lawn to grill and sit around a fire eating s'mores. The inside was spacious and very nicely furnished. It was everything that we expected!

We had the best time. The home was beautiful. The big windows over looking the lake was amazing. The rooms were nice a big the house was extremely clean. Entertainment, wineries and restaurants are close by.
