Welcome to true Colorado living! This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is cozy, spacious and truly inviting. The main floor boasts a large king master with stackable washer/dryer and double vanity/double shower, large bath tub, half bath, living area, large kitchen and informal and formal dining areas. There is also an adults-only workout room on the main floor (off the garage).
The walk-out basement features two king rooms with full private baths, one queen room with a full shared bath, laundry room, family room with full pull-out couch, game area, and state-of-the-art media room.
This house sleeps a maximum of 9 people (8 in beds, double occupancy plus one pull-out couch). Summer bookings require a 5-night minimum with a Sunday or Monday or Tuesday check-out. We are unable to respond to requests that do not meet the minimum night requirement.
Please note: We are firm on our pricing and minimum number of nights and are unable to accommodate requests for discounted nightly rates or shorter stays. The minimum night requirement ranges from three nights to six nights, depending on the season. Our minimum booking age is 30. When inquiring, please include the following details that will help us determine if this home is a good fit for your group and give us info needed for the contract:
-Your age and if you are an all-adult group, the average age of your group members.
-The maximum number of adults and kids that you will have (even if you don't yet have final numbers).
-Any day guests that you plan to have at the house.
-A little bit about the purpose of your visit to CO. What brings you out, what are some of the activities planned?
We do not allow larger gatherings (beyond the guests booked) at this property. It is located in a high-end, quiet neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding!
Castle Rock is a small community located off I-25, the main north/south Colorado highway. It is half-way between downtown Denver and Colorado Springs. Surrounding communities include Parker, Monument, Sedalia, Elizabeth, Franktown, Centenniel and Highlands Ranch.
• Reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to your arrival date receive a full refund less a $200 service fee and the VRBO service fee.
• Cancellations less than 90 days in advance will not receive a refund.
• No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
• No cancellations due to weather.
When you purchase your stay through VRBO/Homeaway, they do offer cancellation insurance that you can purchase. We suggest reading the fine print if you decide to buy this insurance since we have no control over their regulations.
Confirmation of dates:
Please note that we sometimes receive multiple inquiries for the same dates and reservations are ONLY confirmed once payment has been made. Unfortunately we cannot hold dates.
Availability of Property:
If something happens to the point that the house is not habitable, owner is only responsible to refund any received payment for unused nights. We take great pride in our properties, but guests must realize that things break, and owner has a team available to address any problems that may occur. No refunds will be available if owner makes reasonable efforts to correct these problems during the guests stay, and the house is still habitable.

Upscale home with the best of everything - Family Christmas memories made
We very much enjoyed our family gathering during the holidays at this Castle Rock upscale property. The home is beautiful and comfortable. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The bedrooms (beds) were all very comfortable with nice linens, bathrooms spotless and neat, each furnished with plenty of luxury towels. The kitchen had everything we needed, well-stocked spices/pantry which I personally appreciate since I love to cook, and has an elegant formal dining room to gather in and was supplied with very nice table service. The furniture was comfortable, the home offers three TVs, one is a projector w/large screen in the theater room in the lower level that we enjoyed one-night watching movies, everyone agreed was one of our favorite features.
The owner was exceptionally thoughtful and tastefully decorated the home beautifully for the Christmas season. We felt so lucky to find this gem to spend our holiday. The owner was a pleasure to work with, she answered all my questions prior to our stay, and provides a helpful instruction check-in and check-out information along with operating devices and appliances in the home.
I would also recommend a restaurant we ate at, the Chop House at Plum Creek, great service, beautifully plated, premium steaks, chops, seafood and a nice wine selection. The location of this property is convenient to so many restaurants and shopping. Our family all agreed it was a winner and we hope to return. We had three generations (7 adults and 1 infant, actually 4 generations) and everyone was comfortable and found the home extremely accommodating to each of our needs. The owner also offered a high chair and pack and play.
We were very pleased with our stay, truly you have exquisite decorating taste and go the extra mile to make your home so welcoming. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful furnished home.

Lovely home with all of the conveniences!
This home was a fabulous place to stay for an extended trip. It is very convenient to the Colorado Horse Park and had everything we needed to feel at home. The owner was generous with recommendations for the local area and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our rental. It is a great house!!!

Wonderful Christmas with our children and their wives. Beautiful and well appointed home and Cristine was the most gracious of hostesses. Everything one could need for a Comfortable and enjoyable time with family was made available. The rooms were all spacious and the beds comfortable. The house was tastefully and elegantly decorated for the holidays as well as the overall ambience of sophistication. Certainly will return in the future if at all possible.

Retreat in the Pines
Loved staying at this home, we were attending our son wedding in the area and it was very close to everything!
The home was comfortable and offer many thing to do. The owner was helpful and super easy to work with. The outdoor area was so relaxing with the water fountain and the light that help light up the evening. Thank you for making our time in Castle Rock so special, we would love to return again one day!

Beautiful location, beautiful house and the best people to deal with.
The location and neighborhood of the house is fantastic. The house is everything you expect. Roomy, lots of areas to gather and spend time together. Great living room and kitchen, large enough to socialize in and relax. Great lower level, with games, space and a media room to enjoy.
The pictures truly do not do this beautiful home justice. But how could it....the yard alone provides so much detail that it is worth appreciation. Lights are strung out, multiple benches and hangout areas. I think we spent as much time outside as we did inside. The neighborhood is very upscale and very quiet. Beautiful house and yard.
Everything is close by and new. This area was very impressive. Lots of places to eat and shop, and easy access to highways.
I need to thank Cristine, who made our stay and arrangements perfect. We had a great trip and this place more than provided the frosting on the cake. Thank you so much. We will be back!!!
