Good afternoon I hope you are well and I send you my best regards It is a pleasure for us to have guests like you, who enjoy spending a few days at the beach. This is one of the reasons why we love to work as it is nice to hear that you have had a good time. Regarding the check-in process, I apologize for what this causes, as it is one of our regulations to request the physical card with which the customer pays. In this way, we protect the cardholder from any type of fraud that may occur. Unfortunately, we are not exempt that on some occasions our information is misused without a protocol to prevent it. Initially, the client is informed of this regulation so that when he/she comes to check in, the client is already aware of this. Again I apologize and hope to see you again enjoying this place. Thank you and have a great day!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your comments helped us identify several issues that have since been documented and reported to the owner for proper follow-up. Feedback like yours is valuable and allows us to improve the experience for future guests. During your stay, our team responded to the patio chair concern and provided additional chairs in an effort to make your time on the patio more comfortable. While we understand this may not have fully resolved the situation, we wanted to do our best to accommodate you during your visit. We are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and we hope the issues you encountered will not discourage you from staying with us again. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope that despite these challenges, you were still able to enjoy your vacation and create some wonderful memories. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
