The villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year.

A special highlight is the outdoor area: the large, well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) invites you to swim and relax. A private rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying peaceful evenings under the stars.

The fenced property offers secure private parking for up to two vehicles. The parking area is under video surveillance, and the rest of the property ensures complete privacy.
