Great location, very spacious unit with an amazing view from every room. Furniture needs to replaced, it is definitely showing the wear and tear, and outdated. Easy check in and check out.

Beautiful Condo with a fantastic beach view. The breeze on the balcony was so relaxing. The Condo has a work-out room, indoor pool, jacuzzi, outdoor pool and the beach is right there. Very clean and everyone really enjoyed the beach trip. So much to do in the area but the Condo is so enjoyable, we just wanted to stay there by the beach. It was fun for grandchild as well as all the adults. Thank you for the Awesome place to stay which made our Trip Amazing!

The wrap around deck and three sliding glass doors in the living room make for amazing views. The kids loved having access to the deck from their rooms.

Very nice condo. Great location. Beautiful beach view from the wrap around balcony. I loved that no matter what room you were in you had a view of the beach. Kitchen is very well stocked. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very nice

This was our 5th time staying in orange beach, first time at this property. We really liked the location of the building, the side by side washer and dryer, the grill equipment was clean, the access to the deck from all the balcony doors, and the layout of the end unit property.

Last minute trip to paradise

Amazed we were able to book this condo within 24 hours of arriving, the view is breathtaking! The Gulf views along with beach access outshine the very few negatives; some things are a bit outdated and the severely scratched Teflon cookware is due for replacing. Other than that, the beds are conformtable, living area is cozy, and the bathrooms very clean. Can't wait to plan another trip to Orange Beach!

Great for family fun!

Our entire family enjoyed this condo's oversized balcony, easy access to all that Orange Beach has to offer, grocery stores, indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach access, and stocked kitchen. Our only complaints are the master bedrooms mattress is not too comfortable and oven seemed to have some problems. Other than the items mentioned, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Terrific beachfront property

We have vacationed in Orange Beach many times. But this was the first time in this unit. We loved the location and pool. We really enjoyed the wrap around balcony which gave us views of the ocean from every window! The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room comfy. The only suggestion I would have is a new bed in bedroom 2 and 3, and to stock some beach towels for the guests. Otherwise, what a fantastic property! - Jill W.

As advertised

I was pleased with this condo. It was large and I liked the layout. Very nice balcony. Great beach area. I thought the bed was comfortable. Plenty of dishes and ice maker was efficient. I really enjoyed the combo lock, so no keys were needed. I thought the 30 dollar parking fee was odd. My wife and two teen girls complained about the toilet paper policy, which I am not familiar with. Sliding door was a bit hard to open. Overall, the place is as advertised and I would stay here again, without hesitation.

We do apologize but the HOA of the condo handles parking at their property which is why it must be paid on site and cannot be included in the reservation with us. If you are referring to the toilet paper that is provided, we do include in the arrival instructions that this is only a start up supply and that you will probably need to do a shopping trip before the end of your stay to get the necessities. Orange beach vacation

Property was as expected from Pictures. Very easy to check into. Easy parking. The condo needs updated. Mattresses and furniture in all bedrooms need replaced. We had issues with tv in living room not working but was resolved. Also sliding door handle to balcony was broken and kitchen fluorescent light was blinking. All was resolved with a few calls to managing facility. Overall satisfied. Not the best but not the worst.

Never Got to Stay in Property

30 minutes before our arrival, we received a call from the owner’s management company stating that the condo had electrical and plumbing issues and we couldn’t stay here at all. We were supposed to stay from 5/16-5/22. Luckily, the management company found a condo for us in Pensacola for 5/17-5/22 which meant we had to stay in a different unit the night of 5/16. This condo was absolutely disgusting. It smelled horrible. The condo we ended up in in Pensacola 5/17-5/22 was absolutely beautiful, but we had our hearts set on staying in this condo on Orange Beach.

Nice view

Very nice except for the beds. King bed frame was broken , one side was lower than the other. We told them but didn’t get fixed. Other 2 bed mattresses we bad also. Had to buy a foam topper to put on it to sleep good.

Great view!

I would rent again, amazing beach view, everything looked the same as the pictures. the only thing I really didn’t like is the fact you can’t check in before 4pm and check out is 10am generally speaking check out at 12 would be better... or if your going to have a check out time of 10am you should beable to check in earlier

Very nice, beautiful views!

Everything was as expected and the views are great! Main sliding door was difficult so we just used the other 2 side ones from the main room! The lighting in the master bath was too much light and heat due to the number of and still using incandescent bulbs so I just lightly unscrewed every other one so they went off. Everything else was great and exceeded our expectations!
