cars, 10 x 5 swimming pool with spa, 40 m² covered pool house (summer kitchen) including garden furniture for 8 people, barbecue, plancha, sink, hob, microwave, dishwasher and table fridge- top, children's swing, stabilized boules area and half basketball court.
