Beautiful Ocean Front Townhouse Overlooking The Atlantic Ocean

The best rental in North Ocean City, Maryland. You only need to bring your CLOTHES and FOOD! The convenience of a great hotel amenities(soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions) WITH A OCEANFRONT TOWNHOME! The beds are all made when you arrive and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. There are also 8 huge beach towels provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cooking oils, condiments, dishwasher pods, aluminum foil, wax paper, kitchen towels, oven mitts, Keurig Coffee Maker with Dunkin' Donuts pods for your morning cup of coffee. The washer and dryer are fully equipped with washing powders, softeners, etc. A large front deck overlooks the beach and ocean. You can enjoy the ocean view and beach without the sand. The deck has a round dining table with umbrella, dining chairs, cushioned lounge chairs and a gas grill. The deck has a second table with 4 chairs that is protected from the sun. The 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. The oceanfront bedroom has a King size bed, the other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds and one has bunk beds. The second floor rear bedroom has a small private deck with cushioned lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and not a typical rental unit. Downstairs is a storage area with boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. All linens and towels included. Just bring yourself!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place!Check-in and check-out process was super easy. When we walked in everything smelled so fresh and clean. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked with appliances and cooking tools. Overall just a wonderful place!

Fantastic vacation home on the beach

Our family had a great time at this lovely house on the beach. The owner was fantastic, responsive and the house was just as cute as advertised. Hope to go back and stay here again.

Perfect Week On the Beach

We had the best stay on the beach. After years renting through Vacasa properties this rental experience was a wonderful change. The house was exactly as listed, clean, lots of amenities, and I didn’t have to worry about any additional rentals (linens, umbrellas, etc…). And of course you can’t beat the view!

Wonderful beachfront townhome

The location can't be beat, right on the beach and convenient to so many places. The unit is beautifully decorated with so much space. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need saving us so much packing. All in all a perfect vacation spot - highly recommend!

Can't beat oceanfront location

We love staying in this area and right on the beach. It was great not to have to lug bedding supplies, towels, beach chairs, etc on our trip, as the unit supplies them. One of the best features is the central air - no musty room a/c units like in many other units in this area. I'd recommend!

Lovely, ocean front property. Owner's personal attention makes all the difference.

This property has all amenities one would require: beach chairs, umbrella, sheets and towels, everything necessary in the kitchen, free internet, multiple TV's. All this provided in a home that is beautifully decorated and well kept. We were welcomed personally by the owner, given a quick appliance tour and wished well.

Great Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property is in great condition, and the location was outstanding. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze and the interior looks like it was recently renovated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (I am the family cook and everything that I needed was there). It was also great to have so many beach accessories available. There were even glow sticks with the beach gear and our kids joined other neighborhood kids in lighting up the beach with their glow sticks one night during out bonfire on the beach. Highly recommend this property and we would love to stay here again.

Best vacation 🌊

My husband and his two girls and spouses recently stayed at Linda’s beautiful townhome. We loved the location right on the beach. The view and the sound of the ocean at night was so relaxing. We felt like we were staying at a friends home instead of a rental. Linda provided sheets, towels, bath and beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in O.C. many times and have never had such an enjoyable time. Thanks Linda!

Absolutely Perfect!

I have to agree. I have been vacationing in Ocean City all of my life as well and this is the best place we've ever stayed. The owner was wonderful and so easy to deal with. Thank you! Everything went smoothly! The house is beautiful and did not feel like a rental property, more like a beautiful home away from home! The front deck on the ocean is perfect! Fantastic relaxing week!

We enjoyed our stay so much at your lovely home. It really was a home away from home. We cooked some meals in, and had plenty of options to eat out within walking distance. We rode the bikes to the OC Boardwalk one day, enjoyed plenty of beach time and had plenty of nice beach equipment and towels to use. The kitchen was a dream to cook in! Everything was well maintained, looked wonderful and smelled fresh. We were really able to enjoy our time at the beach with our three teenagers. We enjoyed walking to get ice cream each evening as well. Lovely, family-friendly, beach front property in a prime Fenwick location. We'll definitley come back to stay again!

A WONDERFULLY RELAXING RETREAT!

Linda was very attentive and a great host. Her oceanfront location was wonderful and her 3 BR, 3 BA place was lovely. It was nicely appointed and well-stocked with lots of helpful touches such as complete bed linens, both bath and beach towels, and beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, bike locks, air pump, and sand toys, plus a nice outside private shower. A well-stocked kitchen too with host-supplied Keurig coffee pods to start one’s day. And it was immaculate, which is always high on my list. Beds were very comfortable too. We only had one brief issue with a noisy neighbor, but Linda got the problem rectified quickly and completely. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Well-stocked townhouse

This property, although older, is well kept. The online description said that linens, towels, beach chairs and towels, and children's beach toys were provided. We were happy to find that they were all of good quality. Also, it was a treat having paper products and cleaning materials provided. Kitchen was well supplied (although non-stick skillet should be replaced). We had 6 adults and 2 tiny kids, so it was a little tight. Televisions are in each bedroom; living room TV didn't seem to have live TV, only Samsung+ (we managed though!). Overall it's a very nice place!

Terrific Oceanfront Rental!

We recently enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful oceanfront townhouse. We have rented numerous beach houses over the years, but this unit surpassed all of our expectations! You could not want for anything. It is by far the best stocked beach house we have rented. Everything was wonderful quality. The beds were comfortable, all of the beach items were perfect, the kitchen was well stocked. The owner Linda met us upon arrival and answered any questions and got us acquainted with the unit. The rental from start to finish was flawless. Linda is a gem to deal with and seems to care about her renters being satisfied. I felt like I was staying in a friends beach house verses a rental. We have stayed in this general area for years so we know the location was perfect. This was the first time we stayed oceanfront and it was spectacular! I loved the sunrises that my grandson woke me up for every morning! I wish I had the option to give more stars, this place was a 10! Thanks for everything Linda. Hope to see you next year.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My husband, two small children, and my mother stayed at Linda's beautiful oceanfront house in mid-June. This house is truly a gem -- Linda provided everything you could ask for (towels, bed linens, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach toys, etc) to make for a stress free and relaxing holiday. All of her beds were amazingly comfortable and we slept so well. My mother compared the comfort of her bed to the comfort of the Four Seasons in Geneva, Switzerland! On the day of arrival Linda kindly waited to greet us for quite some time but due to an unexpected storm and flooding that closed the roads into ocean city, we were significantly delayed by a couple hours -- we all decided it was best for Linda to make her drive home while she still had the opportunity. She arranged for us to pick up the keys and although we weren't able to meet her in person upon our arrival she provided excellent instructions for her house. Linda's house is beautifully organized and decorated, and she has impeccable taste. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook at home. With two small children we preferred to stay in and prepare our meals, sit on the deck with a nice glass of wine overlooking the ocean and simply enjoy the house, which was such a treat. Thank you Linda for making your house available to rent, for such beautiful decor, and for great communication throughout. We hope to have the opportunity to visit your place again and would recommend your property without hesitation.

Wonderful Rental

I cannot say enough about how nice this rental was. Even though we were running later than expected; the owner, Linda, was there when we arrived and showed us the ins and outs of her beautiful property, which was very helpful. The house was immaculately clean and well organized. All bed linens and bath towels are included as well as beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and even beach toys for the little ones. There are also several bikes. The kitchen is very well equipped. Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19, we ate all our meals at the house and I had everything I needed in the way of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. It was wonderful sitting out on the deck enjoying the ocean view while we ate. There are two tables outside; one with an umbrella, and one in the shade of the overhang which was nice if/when someone felt they wanted to be out of the sun. You can’t beat proximity to the beach here - it is literally steps away. We went to the beach each morning, set up our things, stayed until lunchtime, left everything set up and went back to the house for lunch, then returned to the beach for the afternoon. We could watch our things from the deck while eating and didn’t have to take everything down and set it back up again which was wonderful. The beach is very clean and safe; with one of the lifeguard stands almost directly in front of the house, It is a family friendly beach and was busy but never felt overly crowded. Everyone we saw appeared to be respectful of social distancing. Thank you Linda for sharing your wonderful home with our family. It was the perfect antidote for COVID-19 craziness!

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach

Great updates this year! Lots of seating inside and outside. Beds are very comfortable. We love being able to walk right onto the beach from the spacious deck. The beach and house are great for families. A short walk to great restaurants as well.

I grew up in North Carolina on a beach. When I moved to Baltimore in 1971, I knew I had to find a beach house. My first place was a condo ocean block and I called it 'The First Step'. My daughter was born in 1979 and I knew it was time for 'The second step'. I purchased the oceanfront town home in 1980 and have enjoyed many wonderful memories. This is the first time it has been available for rental. Hopefully, you will develop your memories. It is a very special place.

Why they chose this property

I love the ocean and to walk out of the house onto the beach is the best! The house is located 1 1/2 blocks from Delaware Line. It is located in the quiet part of Ocean City but very accessible to everything by bus or car. The movie theater is across the highway and a pizza shop is on the corner of the highway. Retail therapy is also close by. Ride your bikes up to Bethany Beach on the very wide bike lane along the shore.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this townhouse and wanted to spend summers here with my daughter. These town homes are as close to the ocean as you will ever find.
