Pros: A propriedade é fantástica, extremamente bem localizada e com todo o conforto do lar. Cons: Apenas situações de pormenor, mas que deveriam estar presentes, tal como a falta de uma arca frigorifica/congelador e de um estendal para estender a roupa e aproveitar o sol.
