Beautifully Furnished Beach House! 15 year old center hall colonial, featuring 2 floors, 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. First floor features an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, open living and dining room, private side patio, 1 full bath, and 1 bedroom. 2nd floor has 4 additional bedrooms including the master suite, and 3 more full baths. The master suite has its own private bathroom and sliders to a 2nd floor sun deck. W/D located in a closet on 2nd floor for convenience. Freshly painted and updated for summer 2025. New gas grill, and new outdoor patio furniture as well!

Great location! Great house!

The house is close to the beach. Gianni is a very nice owner , always ready to help us with everything . Me and my family had a great time in this house.

Very clean, owner Gianni was very responsive and always available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the week of July 29 - August 5th 2017. We loved the large clean kitchen, dining space and private patio with a gas grill. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and provided all that we needed space wise for our group. We are looking forward to going back next summer!

Family Fun!

This house was everything my family and I needed! Great layout, 2nd fridge was a bonus. Plenty of space, short walk to the beach, ice cream, arcade, mini golf. Couldn’t have asked for a better week!!Highly recommend

Beautiful shore house!!

This is a 5 star house. The property manager, Gianni was the nicest person to deal with. He answered immediately and we were on to a perfect vacation. Highly recommend. Everything was to perfection. Thank you Gianni!!

Beautiful home that is well maintained and a short walk to the beach.

The home had all of the extra necessities we needed for cooking, going to the beach and sleeping. It was an extra bonus to have an additional refrigerator because we were a large group with lots of food. Location is close to the beach and restaurants for a casual breakfast or lunch. The only problem we encountered was the mattresses which were somewhat uncomfortable and the refrigerator water system did not work so we needed to buy bottled water. Overall, our stay was great and we enjoyed this updated, centrally located beach home.

Vacation

House has everything you need. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were a huge plus. There are two residences here and this units door faces 35 south. Bring ypur sheets and towels and get ready to relax.

Ortley Beach Rental Disappointment

Upon arrival to the property, we noticed right away that the floors and kitchen countertops were extremely dirty. We had to purchase new cleaning supplies as the sponges and mops were moldy, and spent our first two day cleaning. Kitchen stovetop burners and dryer also were not working. Within each bathroom, the owner has posted signs not to flush ANY toilet paper down the toilet which is extremely unsanitary! The icing on the cake was having the owner contact us after our stay to ask for an additional $80 because he claims we left the house filthy when the house hasn’t been cleaned properly in months and he had to fire his old cleaning service. STAY FAR AWAY from renting any property from this home owner!

This is a great, clean and fully updated house ready for a group of 8-10 adults and/or children

You don't expect to rent a jersey shore home at such a reasonable rate and find a completely updated house with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms and flat screen TV's in every bedroom! The location was perfect we were 2 blocks to the beach and one block from an arcade and ice cream shop. The outside patio was perfect for gathering around the fire pit at night or having drinks after the beach. There is parking for 6 cars which you rarely see. Even though I actually never had the chance to meet the owner Gianni, he was so gracious and responsive through email, always available to answer questions within 15 minutes of reaching out. If you love to spend time at the Jersey shore and want to be near Seaside without the madness of staying in Seaside this is the perfect home.

Gianni was wonderful to deal with very friendly and responded quickly to questions. House was immaculate. Great location to beach. Free parking at beach too which was great when your carrying 10 chairs, coolers, umbrellas and boards. House was perfect size for 10. We truly enjoyed our stay. Outside fire pit was beautiful and having the grill was nice. I would definitely return again.

Perfect family vacation rental!

Everything was perfect.. the property owner is so helpful and quick to respond... very clean ... convenient location to all activities and food.. we could not have asked for more! Five bedrooms and four bathrooms made it so nice we never had anyone waiting around to get ready .. this is very important when you have four daughters 😊The week was over before we knew it! Looking forward to returning to this property for future family vacations!

We stayed for 2nights at this beautiful and cozy home, it has a lot of space to fit family of 10, very clean and has a great location ! Three blocks from the beach, close to restaurants and ice cream shops. Great for kids and family gatherings. Host was always available and friendly. Great stay !!

Perfect Location

Perfect location between the beach and the bay with lots to do within a very short walk: arcade, miniature golf, restaurants from fine dining to famous Johnnie Fries and Kohrs ice cream, to a farmer's market with Jersey corn, blueberries, and more. You can even walk to the Seaside Heights boardwalk! We did. The house is beautiful. New, clean, and well-cared for. Owner, Gianni, is wonderful--attentive and responsive. Can''t find a nicer more helpful, generous owner. Perfect spot for a family vacation!

Great Location

My family and extended family stayed here for a week in July 2015! The location was perfect as it was only a two block walk to the ocean, one block walk to Barnacle Bills (arcade and mini golf) and walkable distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream. We took our bikes, and there was more than ample room to park four cars and 7 bicycles. Seaside Boardwalk was a 5 minute drive. The house is clean and newly renovated. The 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms were perfect for 5 adults, two teenagers and 2 tweens. The bedroom on the first level was great for my mother who has difficulty with stairs. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we might have had. I would highly recommend this rental!

Family Fun!

From the moment we walked into this home we knew that we made a great decision. It is clean, spacious, updated and loved the 4 bathrooms! This made it so easy for 8 adults, 2 ten year olds and one infant to get ready for evening plans after a day on the beach. The shops, restaurants, beach etc. are all an easy walk. Seaside boardwalk is a 5 minute drive. We are from the area but have since moved out of state as do 2 of our children. We have stayed in LBI in the past but Ortley was easier for our family that lives in the Toms River area to visit for the day. Just a ride over the bridge! The owner was always available to answer any of our questions. Our two weeks (June 27-July11) flew by but we enjoyed every minute!

Best experience of my life

This shore home is 10x better than any idea you may have, the home was done with love care and attention to guests detail, we've stayed here multiple summers and wouldn't chance one bit (location, local walking distance restaurants and bars) it makes you feel bad to go out but then again it's so close to the beach I guess you gotta

My family has owned vacation homes at the Jersey shore my entire life and then some. I grew up in Woodland Park North Jersey, but am a beach bum at heart and I have personally owned this property for 20 years now. I reside here most of the year except during July and August when I rent out the house to families who are on vacation at the Jersey shore.

Why they chose this property

The house originally was a 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch with a detached 2 car garage on a double lot. My father, being in construction his whole life undertook the large task of doing a complete rebuild in 2006 transforming the small ranch into a beautiful side by side duplex. It truly exceeded all of our expectations! We did go a little overboard, putting the BEST of everything in both units.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location is why I purchased this property 20 years ago. With the beach only a 2 block walk away and bars, restaurants, and shops all only a block away, it is the best area to enjoy your summer at the Jersey shore. The house is so comfortable and has so many amenities there is not much else to do except kick back, relax, and beach it!!
