Accueil très chaleureux. Petite maison au top correspond bien à l'annonce.Proche de tout commerces, pas besoin de voiture.Tout se fait à pied dans un environnement très proche.Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans une très belle ville et très charmante.Merci aux propriétaire pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse .

Très bon gîte 👍

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maisonnette de Carole et Frank, endroit très calme pour se reposer et proche du lac et du centre d'Annecy. Nous avons été très bien reçu, Carole et Frank sont très discrets 😊. Le plus, en juillet et août les transports sont gratuits, ce qui permet de circuler facilement dans Annecy et aux alentours 👍

Location Annecy

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Location très bien situé proche des commodités et du lac. Très calme et sécurisée. Seul bémol un peu sombre et humide. Du je pense à la palissade qui cache carrément le soleil. Mis à part ça tout est conforme à l'annonce.

séjour très agréable

Petite maisonnette au calme tranquille et bien située pour pouvoir visiter Annecy à pied. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avec la chaleur sur Annecy la maison est fraîche c’est très agréable. Seul petit bémol les moustiques ! Il vaut mieux prévoir du produit ! 😉 Carole est disponible et à l’écoute. Je recommande cette location.

Sejour très agréable

On a passé un excellent séjour avec notre bébé . Le logement est conforme à la description et idéalement placé par rapport au lac et au centre ville d'annecy. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais toujours à l'écoute de leurs hôtes avec de très bons conseils.

Vacances parfaites !

Nous sommes restés une semaine mon mari, mon bébé et moi et j'avoue que j'y serais volontiers restée davantage. L'accueil est courtois et agréable, les propriétaires tellement discrets que j'avais l'impression d'avoir ma propre maison. Le jardin est super, la terrasse très agréable, et la maison confortable, bien équipée, un vrai cocon ! Sans parler du calme, tout en ayant toutes les commodités à disposition, et la possibilité d'être au lac en moins de 20 mn à pied et d'Annecy en environ 30 mn. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
