Our home is 3400 sq. ft. two story, located in an upscale, quiet, family subdivision known as Tuscany Hills, in the city of Lake Elsinore, CA. The subdivision was built around 2000. The home has a view of beautiful Canyon Lake and, in the distance, stately mountain ranges. The house encompasses 4 full bedrooms and 4 full baths. The downstairs bedroom is presently being used as an office/computer room, but it also has a comfortable, full sized, sofa bed an adjacent full bathroom. Each upstairs bedroom has access to it's own full bath (two of the bedrooms share a 'jack 'n jill' bathroom arrangement). There is also a large 'game room' (meaning it's great for watching football), with a 55” flat screen TV with DVD player, a couch, comfortable recliner, small dining table, and wet bar. It also has it's own bathroom adjacent , and could sleep several people (esp. children).
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, it’s own gas fireplace, balcony, and ceiling fan. The master bath has a huge soaking tub in addition to a roomy glass enclosed shower, separate lavatory and cabinet areas, tile floor and a separated toilet room. The master bath leads to the walk-in closet/dressing area. The closet is lighted and has a window to the outside.
The other two upstairs bedrooms are uniquely and beautifully decorated, each with a closet and ceiling fan. One has a queen and the other a standard double bed.
Downstairs you will find the Great Room, which includes the formal living and dining areas. The dining and entry areas are open to the second floor balcony which serves the upstairs rooms. The formal living room is in the ceilinged portion of the Great Room and accesses, through French doors, the outdoor patio, spa, and waterfall areas.
Adjacent to, but separated from the Great Room is the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The family rooms has a 35” flat screen TV with DVD player, and large gas fireplace.. A good portion of the family room is taken up with a large wrap-around sectional with. Next to that is a double push button recliner. There is also a second comfortable recliner. A glass table in the dining area will seat up to 6 people, and close by is the kitchen island with stools for another 3.
The kitchen is a cook's dream: large and open, lots of light, built-in Viking range, large central island/prep bar, and double oven w/regular and convection capabilities. There is a microwave oven above the range top.
The colorful (meaning lots of blossoms) backyard features a covered six person spa/hot tub, super propane grill, rock waterfall, and expansive patio area, some of which is covered, and great privacy. Sunrises can be spectacular from the East facing patio. There is also a lovely front courtyard which is great for sitting out and having a quiet, private drink in the afternoon, or early morning coffee.
Other features of our house include Direct TV satellite service, wireless computer service with WiFi throughout the house, separate upstairs/downstairs heating/cooling systems, and instant hot water at all water outlets.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful home.The view is amazing and the neighborhood quiet and nice. Everything was well-maintained. We found everything we needed.
Clean and spacious!
Three generations of our family - my inlaws, my husband and me, and our 2 boys ages 5 & 6 stayed here while visiting family in Canyon Lake over Thanksgiving. We were glad to have so much room to spread out and relax. We spent hours sitting on the back patio visiting and catching up. Kitchen is well appointed - we had everything we needed. Homeowners must have their own personal fairy godmother who keeps every nook & cranny dusted and tidy - this place is immaculate! We'd definitely book this rental again for a future visit.

This house (I should say home) is wonderful and comfortable. It really welcomes you in and there is room for a large family (or lots of friends). The view from the rear patio is spectacular, both in the day and at night! I would like to stay here on my next trip to the area.

We are located in a quiet, residential community close to world famous attractions in Orange County, Los Angeles, and even San Diego. Relatively short drives will allow you to access snow skiing, surfing at some of the best beaches in SoCal, or enjoying the glamorous night life in Palm Springs, Los Angeles, or Hollywood. The town of Temecula is 15 minutes south, and known for it's quaint yet lively 'Old Town Temecula', and is increasingly becoming known for it's 'Wine Country'; 40+ wineries with wine tasting tours, beautiful grounds, and fine restaurants.
From our home it is an easy 45 min. picturesque, off-freeway drive to the famous San Juan Capistrano Mission, and from the Mission another 5 to 10 min. to the beaches of Dana Point and Doheny. Or you can get on the nearby freeway and be in either Sea World San Diego, Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, or Palm Springs in roughly one hour. Mountains, desert, beaches, and, if your inclined, Los Angeles or Palm Springs night life are all just a relatively short drive from here.
