The Space:

Casa Corazon is a sweeping estate, ideal for large groups with ample sleeping quarters and private spaces for all. The main house is designed with four ensuite bedrooms, while two separate casitas with amazing views and direct access to the beach below, offer added privacy for those seeking a space away from the group. The main house's floor plan opens to an elaborate 2-story living room with an endless expanse of glass that wonderfully captures the animated art of the ocean to utter perfection. A floor-to-ceiling fireplace draws the eye and creates a central gathering place for conversation and laughter, while a majestic branching chandelier presides over it all. An adjacent dining area offers seating for all of our guests, with further ocean views to enchant and charm while you feast. A sophisticated gourmet kitchen brings a class of elegance that brilliantly complements the professional grade appliances, deliberate layout and large seated center island.



The turquoise waters of Palmilla Cove are steps away. Here, the waters lap gently at the pristine sands of the beach. Palmilla Cove is the pride of San Jose del Cabo, sheltered by Palmilla Point. It offers the perfect opportunity for swimming, paddle-boarding, kayaking or a romantic beach stroll for two.



The alfresco spaces surrounding the villa are truly exquisite. Every recreational activity is available, including a cabana bar, pool/spa, ping-pong table, fire-pit and outdoor dining area. Enjoy your meal under a sky lined with limitless stars, where nighttime outdoor dining and lounging is alit with ambient landscape lighting. Grab a favorite cocktail and your favorite novel and retreat to the covered outdoor daybed that overlooks the rolling surf. Take a nap or catch up on your reading. Kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards and snorkel gear can be delivered upon request at your pleasure. Golf carts can also be arranged for transport around the neighborhood.



Additional services are at your disposal such as an on-site, full time staff that can handle grocery shopping, meal prep, as well as ensure your dinner reservations and activities are coordinated to your specifications.



Casa Corazon is situated between three other spectacular Palmilla properties that offer extra bedrooms for larger groups if desired. In all, 18 additional bedrooms are obtainable for your custom vacation experience!

Daily housekeeping is included with your rental. Housekeepers will visit daily to make beds, wash and replenish all bath & pool towels, take out trash, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, refresh empty paper products, refresh any soap products provided with rental. Villa housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or holidays. Consult your concierge for specifics during your dates.

Costa Mar Villas expects the following from each guest within 24 hours of booking: executed rental agreement, copy of main renter legal identification (main guest must be 25 or older), credit card info & imprint on file.
