In furnishing the condominium, every step was taken to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For those who need to keep in touch with home or business while on vacation, the unit has it's own secure wifi network, a notebook computer loaded with MS Office which is connected to the Internet, a fax machine and a VOIP line which allows unlimited incoming and outgoing calls to the U.S. and Canada at no additional cost. There is a king bed in the master suite and two full sized beds in the second bedroom. Each bed has down pillows and memory foam mattress toppers for your sleeping comfort (foam pillows are stored in the closets for guests who may prefer them). If an additional bed is required, there is full size Aero mattress stored in the laundry room which is actually quite comfortable. The Tropitone deck furniture was imported from California and is so comfortable you may never leave the deck as you relax and watch the whales swim by.

The entertainment system is set up to offer a full range of Dish Network channels including HBO, Showtime and local U.S. networks. TV's are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The system also includes an Apple TV, CD player and DVD player. Speakers are located both in the unit and on the deck so that you can listen to your favorite music as you watch the waves roll into the shore. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes all the basics along with additional appliances such as a top end blender and vacuum sealer so you can whip up a batch of margaritas as you package your freshly caught fish to take back to the States.

Las Mananitas continues to expand and get better every year. Amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, lighted tennis courts and an activity center which gives you direct access to all the local activities including fishing, excursions into the mountains and ATV adventures to name a few. The complex itself is located at the edge of San Jose so it is just a short walk to local restaurants and shopping including the La Comer Supermarket which is a block away. The published rate reflects pricing for non peak times of the year. Rates will be higher from November through April with peak time covering the Christmas Holiday Season and Spring Break/Easter weeks. A $100 in/out cleaning fee is also applied to all bookings.
