This is a penthouse loft with a loft Layout. It offers 1 bedroom, with open loft bed area. 1.5 bath and a lounge area with pullout bed.

This a secure private building with key code access. Very safe and centrally located to all that Downtown Nashville has to offer.

The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 70” LED TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast. All Wolfgang Puck pots, pans and utensils provided.

Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashville’s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away. Great stay!

Perfect location! We walked everywhere. Bill and Michael were very accommodating and helpful. Nice big clean place. Perfect for our girls birthday (50 and 60 year olds) weekend! We will be back !

Hard to beat

This place is pretty much everything you can ask for to accommodate a group of friends. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere. The management were very responsive to any question or needs and the checkout process was very simple. We hope to revisit in the future.

Great Loft in Downtown Nashville

The condo location was excellent. Walked to most venues and very close to Broadway but far enough away that it is not too noisy. Check in and check out were easy. Place was very clean and parking close by.
