Whisperwind -2 bedroom, 2 bath, Hot tub

Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Secure WiFi. Convenient location, yet gives the feeling of being remote and secluded. Completely furnished, cozy way to spend your free time in peaceful wooded setting with easy access. Hot tub is serviced between guests. Open floor plan for living area. Rear bedroom has attached complete bathroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room provides 3rd sleeping area. Central Heat and Air is a Heat Pump. Outdoors: charcoal grill (bring charcoal and fire starter) and gas grill with bottle attached. Dining table surrounded by 4 chairs and a bench, 2 stools at the kitchen counter, table and chairs on the nook of back deck, behind cabin: picnic table and benches at outdoor fire pit. Ladder ball and horse shoes game for outdoor fun. Full size washer and dryer in Utility closet. Modern kitchen has appliances and cookware so meals can be prepared. No smoking inside cabin. Pet fee $30 with Pet Policy - dog (or 2) must be supervised or crated at all times - not be allowed to roam. No cats. Fire extinguisher for emergency. Check out time 11:00 a.m. FIRM because of Cleaners' Schedule. Excellent location- Cedar Creek Golf Course, Beavers Bend State Park, ATV trails, fishing and hunting-all minutes away plus Hochatown which also has restaurants, gift shops, and activities. One of the main attractions of the area is Broken Bow Lake for fishing, boating, and other water sports.
All guests must be registered - if not all one family, supply names and contact info of other adults. Wall switches are labeled, contact information and notes are posted with operating instructions for appliances. Bring clothes, food, and shampoo. You will feel at home in our comfortable and peaceful cabin in the woods. Maximum number of occupants is 6 (including children).
No room service during stay. No refunds for late cancellations. We advise Trip Insurance for your protection. Please check carefully that personal items are not left behind. If anything must be mailed to you, there will be a charge. Do not remove anything from the cabin or grounds. Check spam if not receiving email messages. After final payment - log back in for my response - detailed information - location, entrance - code for smart lock set for your reservation. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do a final walk through to be sure nothing is left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not disconnect or unplug anything. Use open outlets to connect to TV. Do not move furniture. Turn off gas to grill. Leave cabin tidy.
No refund due to weather. Trip insurance suggested. Toss cigarette butts into fire pit. Do not leave mess for cleaner.
Supervise dog or crate! Dogs freshly groomed. Keep off furniture - clean up after your animal inside and out.

This cabin was perfect for 4 people and a dog! The host has thought of everything; a fully stocked kitchen of supplies, comfy beds, firepit, two types of grills, a hot tub, and even dog bowls for your furry friend! The cabin was close to everything, and was set back in a cute little timber area. The cabin was clean and we were able to just come in and feel like home! We brought our dog with us and surrounding area and roads were perfect for our daily walks and adventures. The host was super communicative, and very kind. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

We live in Texas - about 100 miles from Whisperwind Cabin. During younger years, many trips were made to Beavers Bend area to enjoy river, lake, national forest, and mountains. We love the cabin, the grounds, and area. We love the outdoors - have done a lot of camping - tent first then camper --staying in the cabin is so much better -- more comfortable in every way.
I pay attention to the reviews from my guests - want everyone who makes the choice to stay at our cabin to be comfortable. We try to keep things in tip top shape for 5 star ratings. If you book our place you are solely responsible for any internet activity. Illegal downloading and sharing of files is prohibited. You will be held responsible .
Please be considerate:
- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. Please practice quiet time after 10:00 pm to 7:00 am

Why they chose this property

Whisperwind Cabin is just off the highway - yet gives the feeling of being in the woods. A feeling of peace and quiet comes so easy when sitting in the hot tub --can just relax and listen to the birds. The location of Whisperwind - with just a few other cabins on the short private road - each on about an acre lot --means there is limited dust because of low traffic. This is a quiet rural area -- a place to rest and relax - get back to nature - away from the rat race -comfortable for up to 6 adults. Wild life can sometimes be spotted when sitting quietly on the deck. Quiet hours 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. No fireworks or shooting in the area.

What makes this property unique

Short distance from the main highway makes it easy to make a quick trip to Hochatown for forgotten supplies or visit a restaurant. Wood panel on back deck provides privacy while sitting in the Hot tub - which has a view of the picnic area behind the cabin so that children can be observed while they roast marshmallows or play a game of ladder ball or horse shoes --allowing both children and their parents to feel a sense of freedom. Cedar Creek Golf Course is at just minutes away.
