"The beautiful view, grea...

"The beautiful view, great swimming pool, and private, spacious grounds made our stay very special and memorable. This was a great location to explore Umbria and Eastern Tuscany. Margherita and Claudio were very welcoming and gave us some great tips on things to visit in the area."

"The location is ideal fo...

"The location is ideal for visiting all the sites of Umbria, and many of Tuscany too. The setting is beautiful, with lovely views. The swimming pool is fabulous, and kept very clean. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. Margherita and Claudio were extremely welcoming and hospitable and our two little boys loved them. The only slight complaint is that the description did not make clear that there was a separate entrance to the upstairs bedrooms, meaning that the downstairs bedroom was effectively redundant and our children needed to share a room. If we had known this we might have gone for one of the other properties. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend the property."

"Accommodation was very comfortable and convenient for our daily trips to various places in Italy. Margherita and Claudio both were very helpful and had provided all the details about sightseeing places in and around Perugia. My daughter, son-in-law and my grand-daughter enjoyed swimming pool in their leisure times. We had all in all wonderful time while staying in the villa. Facilities within villa can be improved such as adequate oven, modern washing machine and dishwasher. Claudio and Margherita provided saucepan as one of the saucepans was leaking. Hence our impression is that the hospitality was superb and we have no complaints. We recommend the place highly to others."

"Nous sommes encore sous ...

"Nous sommes encore sous le charme de l'Ombrie, le charme de "Case di Lisetta", la beauté du site, de la vue, le bon goût dans la décoration de la maison et dans l'aménagement du jardin pour un bien-être maximal (la balancelle, le hamac, le baby-foot ...). Le charme enfin et surtout de nos hôtes Margherita et Claudio, discrets et attentifs, prêts à nous aider à résoudre un problème de voiture ou de santé, toujours prêts à conseiller des excursions, des restaurants ou encore des magasins où profiter au mieux des soldes ... Deux personnes que l'on quitte en se disant qu'on laisse des amis en Italie. Les enfants ont eux aussi adoré leur séjour, et maintenant il faut se réhabituer à la vie parisienne. Encore merci.Amitiés Agnès et Pierre."

"La villa "cantagrille" est vraiment superbement aménagée, avec un gout exquis.(ambiances orientale, asiatique, indienne et africaine!La vue de la terrasse est très agréable et aérée. Par contre, la vaisselle est peut-être un peu réduite... Le jardin,lui, est un vrai havre de paix et également aménagé avec beaucoup de recherche grâce à ses différents coins typiques; quant à la piscine, elle est parfaitement entretenue, d'une surface très agréable et à quelques mètres à peine de la villa. Et pour contribuer à la réussite du séjour, nos hôtes étaient d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité non négligeables.Et quel accueil également pour nos amis les animaux!"

"The house is even nicer than the pictures might show, the swimming pool is great, the view all around the property makes your stay worth while..many wonderful places to visit all around. The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home, certainly a place to go back to!"
