Bridgewater Bay is a fantastic community with a great lifestyle center, close to all amenities and a short drive to the Gulf Beaches. This condo is spacious, bright with great lake views and a southern exposure. Sit and have your morning coffee on the lanai and enjoy the sunshine. Enjoy the sound of the water fountain in the lake during the day and in the evening.

Naples is clean, safe with lots to do.

Please note, the association needs 3 weeks to approve any potential renter (application and police check) so we cannot book renters without these approvals.
