This resort style condo is located in the Capitol Hill of downtown Denver. It has all the downtown conveniences but not the downtown noise. So, you can benefit from enjoying the lifestyle or be right in the mid of the downtown activities during the day/evening and still come home to a nice a quiet place for the peace and quiet one needs. It is only a mile or so from the heart of downtown and it is surrounded by many great things. If you want great food, there are many great eateries and coffee shops along 6th Avenue, which is 4 block south. If you want high end restaurants for those elegant dinners that you may want to dress up and go out. Or if you want to catch a movie, they are about 6 blocks north to the 16th Street Mall free shuttle bus and you can hop on and hop off the free shuttle to go to your chosen destinations along 16th Street.
This home is also close to many hospitals, so it is perfect for travel nurses, doctors or interns.
The home is in walking distance to Trader Joe, Whole Food, and a few other local grocery stores. You can walk anywhere from this home. However, if you come with a vehicle, there is a reserved parking spot that is included for you to use.
Guests will have access to the whole condo except the two closets and some kitchen cabinets (however,this is negotiable on the lease that is longer than 3 months).
It is an end unit, so it is very quiet and peaceful. You only have one shared wall.
There are bus stops nearby.
The minimum lease term is 3 months
There are three hard rules: no shoe, no smoking, and no pet.

You can truly enjoy the resort style living at a low price. If you want the convenience and luxury of downtown but do not want the noise nor the high price of downtown, this is the place for you.
The unit itself has been totally renovated and is furnished with stainless steel kitchen appliances (only a couple years old). It also has full size washer and dryer in unit for your convenience.
The bedroom is furnished with high quality king size mattress. There is also a full size pull out to accommodate your guests when you have visitors while you stay here.
Included utilities: Heat, cool, water and electricity*
There is an application/background check fee of $50.
*electricy is paid upto 45 dollars/month.
All living space within the unit is accessible to you as the guests to my home. However, not all closets and cabinet space are rented space. Two closets in the unit will remain locked while you are staying here as my guests. Part of the kitchen cabinets will remain host-only access.
Charges for key lost:
There is a charge of 20 dollars for losing the key to the condo and a charge of 49 dollars for losing the FOB to the building. You are to notify me immediately when you lose any of the two keys.
During check-in, I will have a waiver release form for you to sign to signify your physical check-in.
