Excellent !

Une charmante petite maison de ville très fonctionnelle, bien située et au calme. Pas trop près de l'agitation du mois d'août du centre de Cannes ni trop loin (possibilité d'aller en centre-ville et à la plage à pied). Le petit jardin privatif et la possibilité de se garer devant la maison sont indiscutablement 2 points forts de cette maison. Nous avons été particulièrement séduits par la courtoisie, l'amabilité, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire qui est un hôte vraiment honnête et agréable ! Merci encore pour tout Patrice ! Nous reviendrons certainement !

Petite maison à cannes bien située

Le logement correspond à la description, la climatisation est dans la pièce du haut uniquement mais en bas la chaleur était supportable en fermant les stores la journée. On a apprécié particulièrement l' emplacement au calme, avec une place de parking devant la porte d' entrée peu de place disponible pour se garer en ville sinon. Egalement la présence d' une petite terasse en rez de jardin. Les points à améliorer sont l' ouverture de la porte d' entrée qui est difficile à ouvrir, seul mon mari y arrivait et la machine à café. A 10 mn a pied d' une des plages publiques de la Croisette et a 10 mn environ aussi du début de la rue principale commerçante de Cannes . A environ 20 a 30 mn de marche de la vieille ville. Communication facile avec le propriétaire par téléphone qui est très disponible en cas de besoin.

Séjour agréable à la Piccolina

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir vivre à l'extérieur en pleine période estivale, ce petit jardinet est l' atout majeur de cette petite maison. Son emplacement est idéal ,proximité des plages ,des courses ,nous nous sommes toujours déplacés à pied,la place de parking devant la maison est plus qu' appréciable. En résumé , un séjour très agréable .
