cette "charmante petite maison" est dans son jus, encombrée par les affaires des propriétaires (trottinette électrique dans l'entrée, commode remplie d'affaires personnelles, armoire encombrée), sale (cabine de douche minuscule et moisie, encombrée par les produits des propriétaires), évier de cuisine obstrué par un purificateur d'air et éponges et torchons dans un état lamentable. l'accès à la pièces de vie se fait par un escalier de 17 marches difficilement praticable pour des personnes à mobilité réduite, ce qui n'est pas spécifié dans l'annonce. Le "jardin" n'est pas entretenu (barbecue dans un état lamentable, non nettoyé). Accès à la machine à laver sous l'escalier des voisins dans le jardin. Pour y accéder, il faut retirer tout le bazar mis devant. Nous avons renoncé ! Bref, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Désolé que vous n'ayez pas apprécié les matériels et produits mis gracieusement à votre disposition. Vous auriez pu utiliser la trottinette très pratique pour vos déplacements en ville. Quant aux produits de toilette, ils étaient mis gracieusement à votre disposition.
Vous aviez à votre entière disposition la totalité de la penderie, 5 étagères dans l'armoire et 3 tiroirs dans la commode.
Le purificateur d'air pour votre confort aurait pu être déplacé et entreposé très facilement ailleurs. Des éponges neuves et des torchons propres rangés étaient à votre disposition, il suffisait de les chercher...
Pour accéder au lave linge, il suffisait de sortir les 2 fauteuils de jardin et l'étendage !
Quand au nettoyage de la douche, vous avez été accueillis par ma femme de ménage dont vous aviez les coordonnées. Vous auriez pu l'appeler au téléphone pour lui faire vos remarques. Elle vous a accompagné lors de votre départ et vous ne lui avez fait AUCUNE remarque, or c'était elle la première intéressée par votre remarque désobligeante et totalement infondée.

Une charmante petite maison de ville très fonctionnelle, bien située et au calme. Pas trop près de l'agitation du mois d'août du centre de Cannes ni trop loin (possibilité d'aller en centre-ville et à la plage à pied).
Le petit jardin privatif et la possibilité de se garer devant la maison sont indiscutablement 2 points forts de cette maison.
Nous avons été particulièrement séduits par la courtoisie, l'amabilité, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire qui est un hôte vraiment honnête et agréable !

Petite maison à cannes bien située
Le logement correspond à la description, la climatisation est dans la pièce du haut uniquement mais en bas la chaleur était supportable en fermant les stores la journée. On a apprécié particulièrement l' emplacement au calme, avec une place de parking devant la porte d' entrée peu de place disponible pour se garer en ville sinon. Egalement la présence d' une petite terasse en rez de jardin.
Les points à améliorer sont l' ouverture de la porte d' entrée qui est difficile à ouvrir, seul mon mari y arrivait et la machine à café. A 10 mn a pied d' une des plages publiques de la Croisette et a 10 mn environ aussi du début de la rue principale commerçante de Cannes . A environ 20 a 30 mn de marche de la vieille ville. Communication facile avec le propriétaire par téléphone qui est très disponible en cas de besoin.

Séjour agréable à la Piccolina
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir vivre à l'extérieur en pleine période estivale, ce petit jardinet est l' atout majeur de cette petite maison.
Son emplacement est idéal ,proximité des plages ,des courses ,nous nous sommes toujours déplacés à pied,la place de parking devant la maison est plus qu' appréciable.
En résumé , un séjour très agréable .

"Charmante petite maison avec un jardin à 25 minutes de marche du Palais des Festivals. Parfait pour personne seule, couple ou un maximum de 2 couples. Situé dans un quartier paisible, et à 5 minutes d''une épicerie, pressing, banque, boulangerie, etc. J''y ai passé 10 nuits en mai 2011 et n''hésiterait pas à y retourner ou recommander à quiconque. Seul petit bémol: les environs sont très calme et agréables, mais il n''y a pas de «vie de quartier» comme dans le Suquet par exemple; ce qui est un plus ou un moins dépendant de votre point de vue."

"Le logement est très bien situè,à proximité de la plage. Pour le confort de la vie moderne (les plats rapides des vacances), il serait souhaitable de disposer d'un four micro ondes et d'une cafetière électrique. La terrasse est très appréciable et le quartier très calme."
