Apartment composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with wc, fully equipped kitchenette, 5th and last floor of a recent building and covered parking height 2M30, 200 m from the Promenade des Anglais, 20 minutes walk from the flower market old Nice and its picturesque restaurants, 600m from the SNCF train station, 100m from Buses for the airport or all destinations from Menton to Cannes, South East orientation, small terrace on which you can have lunch for 4 people, air conditioning in the bedrooms, 2 1.60m beds (sheets provided), possibility of an extra bed for children up to 2 years old, wifi, non-smoking. Open view over the rooftops of Nice and close to all shops and restaurants. Everything can be done on foot.
THE HOUSEHOLD AND LAUNDRY PACKAGE IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL.

Everything worked as promised. Efficient and reliable check-in and check-out. Close to Promenade Anglaise and within walking distance from center. The garage is spacious and very practical.

Great location, cute apartment

We loved the fact that we could walk everywhere: restaurants, the beach, even Old Town Nice. The building had great security, and the terrace was a real plus. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Property manager was very helpful with instructions.

Spacious and well located!

Very clean and spacious appartment, as advertised. The manager was wonderful and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV had all the apps. Nice walk to old town, and lots of grocery stores and bakeries nesrby!

Really lovely property with a great location, would recommend for anyone travelling in and around Nice. Very clean and lots of amenities included. Only feedback would be around the check in/check out process (which wasn’t an issue for us in particular). The host allowed us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated, however upon check out, you have to decide a time as they need to pick up the keys, which then wouldn’t allow flexibility should you wish. We agreed a time for check out, however we were greeted earlier than agreed and weren’t quite ready, and the cleaning started before we’d left and made us feel rushed - but overall didn’t effect our experience here! Also be mindful that upon check in, you will need to pay a cleaning fee in cash or with cheque (as explained in the description) but it would be better if this weee included when paying for the reservation.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Nice. This appartment is really great. Close to the promenade and supermarkets. The 2nd bathroom and kitchen are a challenge in size. But every thing you need. We would stay there again if ever in Nice.

Great apartment in good location

We had a fantastic long weekend in Nice. The apartment was clean and a good size space for the four of us. Air con on the bedrooms was fantastic and kept the apartment cool. Good bakery and shops nearby and the beach only a few mins walk. Would recommend!

A good jumping off point to explore Nice

This apartment served us well during our stay. Our lower overall rating was due to added cleaning changes and especially to the elevated check in charges when you couldn’t arrive at the specified time. Very difficult to do when traveling internationally! We enjoyed the spacious deck at the conclusion of the evening and found several favourite restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

Great location and plus for covered reserved parking

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to grocery stores, bakery, restuarants, and the beach (5min). The reserved parking is in a secured and covered garage and is a big plus. These make Apartment Beatrice a perfect base for soteseeing within and around Nice. It was very convenient having 2 bathrooms and get comfortable sleep during the warm summer nightd with the airconditioning in both bedrooms. Communication with the owner and her representatives was smooth

Perfect if you have a car

Great to have a private car park when visiting Nice. I don't think we saw a vacant street parking slot in 3 days! The apartment is clean, well equipped and secure. The location is a healthy walk from old town but an enjoyable one down the waterfront. 2 bathrooms makes things easier in the morning. Quiet at night. Laure who manages the property was a good communicator and gave us some good visiting hints. Be sure to read the fine print about cleaning fees and early check out costs and include these in your comparisons. We found this apartment to be a good deal for the 4 of us and enjoyed our stay in Nice.

This was a resonably nice apartment about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Communication with the representataive on arrival could have been better. A cleaning fee due in cash upon arrival was a surprise, along with the penalty if we arrived after 7:00 p.m., although I assume both were in the fine print of the agreement. We didn't get much in the way of instruction of how to operate appliances and electronics or where restaurants and groceries were in the area. The balcony was accommodating, but the view was only other buildings. Overall, it was probably worth the money, but nothing special.

Good location

The property is close to the beach and attractions. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and enjoyed watching children being walked to the nearby school. The air conditioner works better in the small bedroom than the larger bedroom. The beds are comfortable and there is shelving in the rooms so you can unpack your suitcase. The kitchen is tiny, the towels are old, the pillows are small squares and organization of necessities is nonexistent. We had to buy toilet paper and dishwasher pods.I always feel best in a rented space when the towels and bedspread are white. There is a washing machine in the apartment, that was a bonus, but we still could have used an extra set of towels for our 6 day stay. We would rent this place, if we visited Nice in the future, as we know what we are getting and it is rented at a fair price.

We texted our contact when we arrived to get instructions, getting to the garage was very difficult and not easy at all as directions were poor. We managed to get in and had an ok tour of the place. Unfortunately no coffee pods nor dishwasher pods (forgotten by cleaning personnel) for us, I believe the coffee should be provided free of charge. We also had to pay an extra 77 euros for cleaning after we left (did not see that in contract). Otherwise, nice place, well situated, parking great to have in Nice. A list of bakeries would come in handy, now we have to rely on our own with google maps. For the garage: we put in 47 avenue potiers in our gps which brings us 100m from the entrance, this info should be given to guests as navigating narrow one way streets in Nice is difficult after an overnight flight.
