Located on the north end of the world acclaimed Kaanapali Beach, Paki Maui is its own island of tranquility. Paki Maui is a four-story, three building, 108 apartment structure located directly on the ocean with a sand beach and a double-reef so you can swim and snorkel in safety and comfort. This complex also offers a large grassy lawn area that fronts the beach where you can sit comfortably under the palm trees and gaze out on the islands of Molokai and Lanai and where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a game of Frisbee. Whale shows are frequent from mid-November through March and every sunset is spectacular!

The Koi pond, lush gardens, and ocean surf all lend to creating a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the big hotels. Our unit, number 114, is a one-bedroom one-bath ground level garden apartment that reflects that sense of peace and harmony. Situated in the midst of the lush tropical garden. The trade winds continually blow and keep this shaded unit cool and comfortable-no need for air conditioning. The shower has a dual control shower head and hand wand. The toilet is equipped with a bidet. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, and flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed with a six inch mattress, as well as a flat screen TV. There is free WIFI Internet, cable TV, and a room safe. You are literally steps away from the Pool/BBQ area where you will find a swimming pool, whirlpool, tables, and barbecue grills which are surrounded by granite countertops and of course the ocean. Washers and dryers are located on each floor for your convenience.

There is a Times grocery store just a 5 minute walk south, along with a Subway, Jazzin’ Java, and several other stores. Directly across the street is Ohana Tacos, Honokowai Okazuya for the best deli on the West Side, and The Fish Market for the freshest catches around. Just a few steps north is Bad Ass Coffee (Maui’s version of Starbucks) and on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is host to a Farmer’s Market in their parking lot, where you can buy fresh produce and other island delicacies.

Room rates are plus tax (Hawaii General Excise tax of 4.167% & Transient Accommodation tax of 9.25%).Also included is a pre-arrival cleaning. We can arrange for additional cleanings at your expense if you wish. There is a minimum of 3 nights stay.

There MAY BE a $20 resort fee payable at the front desk at check-in payable by you for parking.

1/2 of the total rental due at booking and the remaining 1/2 due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. However, if we can rebook the room your deposit will be cheerfully returned less a $50 administration fee. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund.

This is a non-smoking apartment. There are designated smoking areas on property.

Cindy and I have always had a special place in our heart for the Hawaiian Islands. We talked about someday purchasing our own place in Hawaii. So this last Spring we were blessed in selling one of our homes and decided to try and buy our own place. We found it on our first try, we walked into the unit and right away we knew we loved it. The garden view is awesome and makes you feel like you are in a rain forest. From the lanai, you can hear the sound of the waterfall which flows into the Koi pond. Walk a few steps and you are looking out over the ocean and the beautiful Islands of Molokai and Lanai....

Why David Sasser chose West Maui

Paki Maui is perfectly located. The shops across the street, the beach, the people, and the staff are very nice and show great Aloha Spirit. The weather is great, go north and you are in the rain go south and it's dry. When sitting out by the ocean here and its just getting warm, a gentle breeze blows. You may experience a few light showers, its ideal.

What makes this condo unique

We have just remodeled the kitchen and bathroom, with top of the line Thomasville cabinets and quartz countertops. We also upgraded the sofa couch, which boasts an 8 1/2 inch mattress.

It feels like home, you can take little ones down to the beach let them walk along the tide pools, then you can walk past the first reef and snorkel, perfect for beginners too. Don't forget to watch the sunset, and look in the waves below and watch the sea turtles.

We really feel like it's home away from home.

The property was beautiful. Only steps away from the beach was a plus. The downtown area was close and good eats across the street from the condo. I would definitely return.

Awsome condo

We had a wonderful time in your condo for the 2 weeks we were there. All the comforts of home for sure. We spent a lot of time on the lanai listening to the fountain in the pond. Always nice and cool because of the trees and plants The complex is a very nice well kept complex. We so enjoyed our coffee at the ocean front, and the sunsets are spectacular. The pool was very refreshing and the hot tub at night was very relaxing. Great location.

Thanks for helping make our stay in Maui a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed this condo immensely! The ocean is just a few steps away on the other side of building. Lawn chairs set up in nice grassy area next to ocean to relax and look for sea turtles and whales. Can snorkel right out front! Pool and hot tub awesome too. Condo was clean, modern & had everything we needed. Perfect location for visiting Maui. Times grocery store short walk away. Farmers market across the street. Boardwalk that parallels the ocean and goes for about 4 miles is just half mile to south. Couldn't have asked for more! :)

Great condo in an even greater location.

Condo was great, just right for 2 people. We found it to be clean & quiet, lanai provided tranquil lush garden area to sit out with coffee. Felt very private. Grills and tables were great for cooking & eating out. The beach right on property was fabulous for watching sunsets and whales. The umbrella, towels, snorkle equipment, beach chairs, & boogie boards were very helpful for all the beach going one should get in while in Hawaii. All in all a great end spot for our 2 week stay island hopping. We enjoyed this unit very much and thank David for entrusting your property to us. We hope you know we treated it with respect.
